Doubles sign up can be done in person from 8 am. - 12 p.m Thursday November 22, 2007. Doubles will begin Friday November 23, 2007.

Player Selection Type

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
