ALTERNATES: CONTACT INFORMATION
If you are on the alternate list, please email us (dorianna.manis@queenncityfitness.com) so we have your correct email address and the best phone numbers to reach you. If there are withdrawals, we need to be able to contact you asap. If we have incorrect emails (from tennislink) or incorrect phone numbers or unlisted phone numbers, we will have to pass over you if you have not given us updated/correct contact info.

ON-SITE ALTERNATES
Any alternates who plan on being here as an on-site alternate, please sign-in Thursday morning at the tournament desk so that we know you are here. If there are withdrawals or no-shows, we will go by the Ordered Alternate List to make selections.

THANKSGIVING DINNER
The Sheraton Hotel (across the street from the club) will be serving Thanksgiving Dinner. It is necessary to make reservations by calling 513-771-2080. Buffet prices will be..$18.95 for adults, $8.95 for kids 6-12 and $free for kids 5 and under.

DRAW/FORMAT
On Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) we will be playing two rounds of singles in the front draw and one round in the backdraw. We hopefully, will be finished with the last matches of the day by approximately 3:00-3:30 so you can make dinner plans accordingly. Doubles will start Friday afternoon about 2:00 after the singles matches and we will play two rounds. We will also play two rounds of doubles each day thereafter to get the doubles draw finished in a timely manner. This tournament is a National Level 2 and a Midwest Level 3 event. The singles draw will be 64 with a full feed in through the quarters and a 3/4 playoff. Singles matches will be the best of three tiebreak sets. Doubles matches will be 8 game pro sets with a 10 pt match tiebreak at 8-all.

WITHDRAWALS
There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason after the draw has been made.

CHECK-IN/STARTING TIMES
Check-In will be Wednesday, November 21, 5:00-8:00pm at Queen City. Player information packets and first round match times will be available then. Play will start at 8am on Thursday morning.

DOUBLES
If you do not sign up online WITH A SPECIFIC PARTNER, please email Dorianna so we'll know who you will be playing with or you can sign up at check-in (Wed 11/21).

PRACTICE COURTS
Beginning Wed. 11/21,in order to guarantee a practice court time, players can reserve and prepay with a credit card @ $13/half hour (court reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance 513-771-2835).

4 players are selected for each site from the most recent National Standings List of the next lower age division and 28 players are selected for each site from the age division of the event
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 25, 2007 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
