We will have plenty of trainers on site most of the time.

We will have plenty of referee's on site all the time. Remember it's the players responsibility to get a referee not any coaches or parents. The players must find a referee themselves.

There will be no players meeting, you may pick up your tournament shirt at the front desk of the facility when you arrive.If you don't sign up online for doubles you may email me with doubles partner at timhaller@epytc.org. The doubles sign up will be open until Feb. 15th ***WE WILL NOT PAIR YOU UP WITH ANYONE, IF YOU DON'T GIVE ME YOUR PARTNERS NAME YOU 'LL NOT PLAY DOUBLES!!
