OPENING CEREMONY AND BARBEQUE
We will be having an opening ceremony with a US Marine Corps ceremony and National Anthem directly after the sign in on Saturday at 5 pm followed by a group picture and a free barbeque for all of the players. There will be a $10 fee for parents and coaches for the bbq. The group picture will be available for pickup on Sunday, free of charge.

CHECK-IN AND DOUBLES SIGN IN
All player's must check in on Saturday, August 4th between 1-5 pm. Doubles sign-in will also be at this time. YOU DO NOT NEED TO CALL AND REGISTER FOR DOUBLES AHEAD OF TIME UNLESS YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS SIGN IN. Please email tournament director Steve Bickham with any questions. sbickham@ytsd.org

ON SITE ALTERNATES
PLEASE NOTE: All players who want to sign in as an on site alternate for singles must be endorsed by your sectional office. If you were not endorsed at the time of selection, please check with your sectional endorser to see if you can be endorsed as an alternate. Have your sectional office email the tournament director if it is agreed upon.

A few players have been relocated in the Draw to comply with USTA rules. Please check the Draw to be sure that your match time/opponent hasn't changed. Call 619 857 4372 for an explanation.

GREEN DOT
If you have a green dot next to your name on the competitors list or alternate list...that means you are not endorsed to play this event and will not be accepted even if your ranking is high enough to get in. You must contact your sectional office as there is nothing the tournament director can do about this.

TOURNAMENT HOTELS
All of the tournament hotels are now full. If you are looking for a last minute room, your best option is to check with the San Diego Visitors Bureau at www.sandiego.org or check on hotels.com or expedia.com. Sorry we cannot be of more help...San Diego in the summer is very difficult with hotels and we held rooms as long as we possibly could.

Facilities: All matches will be held at the Barnes Tennis
Center, 4490 W. Point Loma Blvd. From Airport take rt. on Harbor
Dr. to Nimitz to rt. on W. Point Loma Blvd. We are 10 minutes from
airport. The facility has 21 hard courts, 4 clay cts, snack shop,
player shower/lounge, etc. Amenities: All players will receive
T-shirts and gift bags at check-in and a complimentary group photo.
Racquet stringing and a trainer are available on site. Player's
lounge will be available throughout the tournament with
complementary fruit, snacks, and lunches for players only. For

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, July 12, 2007 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
