ALL PLAYERS wanting to play Doubles must sign-up by 2PM on the first day of the tournament, February 17th, whether or not you registered for doubles online. We will have a Doubles Sign-up sheet available at all Tournament Desks. If you need a partner, sign up and we will help to match you with another person who needs a partner. ALL DOUBLES MATCHES ARE AN 8 GAME PRO SET WITH A MATCH TIE-BREAKER AT 8-8. It is NOT the responsibility of the Tournament to match a player with a partner, but we will do our best to help.

If you are interested in hitting with a pro, call Eric at 562 496-3530. Rates are $30 half hour & $50 per hour.

Only players who withdraw seven days prior to the tournament (Sunday Feb 11th) may receive refunds. No exceptions.

Players are required to check-in 1/2 hour before their scheduled match time at the location stated on the draw.

The draws will be posted on Friday February 16th. We do NOT take time requests. You must be available to play at any time during the tournament dates.

On the first day of the tournament, we will be cooking a free lunch for all the players. Between the hours of 11am to 2 pm the lunch will be available.

If you want to show up as an on-site alternate, Boys must show up 1/2 hour before the first boys match starts at Lakewood Tennis center. The girls must show up 1/2 hour before the first Girls match starts also at Lakewood Tennis Center. Sign in and we will take players by order of the national standing list (Players who are already on the alternate list have priority over players who are not.)

For entry, use the USTA Registration System.
