DOUBLES SIGN UP
ALL PLAYERS MUST sign-in for doubles in person even if you signed up on line. The doubles sign-in will be open during the mandatory check-in times. Friday February 16th from 2pm-6pm, and Saturday February 17th from 7am-12noon. I repeat ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN-IN IN PERSON even if they are listed as signing up online. Thank you for your coperation.

Ontario international airport is located appr. 10 miles from the Claremont Club. Orange County John Wayne is located appr. 40 miles from the Claremont club. LAX is located appr. 50 miles from the Claremont Club.

HOTEL CLAREMONT
The Hotel Claremont (840 S. Indian Hill Blvd Claremont CA, 91711 909 621-4831) is one of our tournament hotels. When making reservations please indicate that you are in the Claremont USTA National Open to receive the special rate of $69.00 + tax for single and $74.00 + Tax for double occupancy. Price includes a complimentary continental breakfast, free T1 wireless internet, and shuttle to and from the claremont club. There are also lighted practice courts available at the hotel. To receive the discounted price you must make your reservation by February 5,2007. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes form the Claremont Club.

SHERATON ONTARIO AIRPORT
The Sheraton Ontario Airport (429 N. Vineyard Ave. Ontario CA, 91764 909 937-8000) is one of our Tournament hotels. To receive the special rate of $113.00 + tax please indicate that you are with the Claremont Club USTA National Open. Reservations must be made by February 1,2007 to insure the special rate. The rate includes a complimentary buffet breakfast for up to 4 people per room. There is high speed wireless internet available for a nominal charge. The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the Claremont Club.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CLAREMONT CLUB
The Claremont Club (1777 Monte Vista Claremont CA, 91711) is located approximately 35 miles east of downtown LA. From the 10 freeway going East or West exit at Monte Vista and go North (toward the mountains) for approximately 2 miles. The club is on Monte Vista just North of Foothill Blvd. From the 210 freeway going East or West exit at Baseline, go West for 1 block to Monte Vista. Turn left (South) on Monte Vista, the club is 2 blocks down on the right side of the street. Directions and maps to the alternate sites will be handed out at player check-in as part of the player packets. All alternates sites are with-in a 5 minute drive of the Claremont Club. Please be reminded that all players must go through tournament check-in at the Claremont Club either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning before going to their first round mathces.

SITES
The main tournament site is The Claremont Club designated as TCC on the draws. The alternate sites (all with-in a 5 mminute drive of the Claremont Club) are, The Upland Tennis club designated as UTC on the Draw, and the Claremont Mudd Scripps tennis facility designated as CMS on the draw.

REFUNDS
Only players who withdraw at least 7 days before the start of the tournament are entitled to a refund. No exceptions

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 25, 2007 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
