Player registration will be on WEDNESDAY 11/21 from 2-5PM @ THE DOUBLETREE TREE HOTEL. (NOT ANY OF THE TENNIS CLUBS). During the registration you will get directions to clubs, sign-up for doubles, singles draws, player information, and tournament t-shirts.

The doubles draw will start on Friday @ 6PM. You will have until the end of the Wednesday night meeting to tell the tournament staff who your partner will be. You can email Chris at tngtennis@yahoo.com and let him know who your partner will be. The boys doubles will be played at Eastside. The girls doubles will be played at Liverpool.

THE PLAYERS MEETING WILL BE 7-8PM on WEDNESDAY the 21st at the DOUBLTREE HOTEL. This is a mandatory meeting. Everything covered in the meeting players will be responsible for.

The boys alternates were chosen in a random fashion. There was not enough ranking information to seed them. If a spot opens up you will have 6 hours to get back to me.

GIRLS: If you are on lines 1-40. You will be playing at Drumlins on Thanksgiving. If you are on lines 41-64 you will be playing at Tennis-n-Gear in Liverpool on Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving all MAIN DRAW MATCHES WILL BE @ TENNIS-N-GEAR IN LIVERPOOL. All BACKDRAW MATCHES WILL BE @ DRUMLINS. ALL GIRLS DOUBLES MATCHES WILL BE @ LIVERPOOL.

The top half of the draw will be held at EASTSIDE on THANKSGIVING. The bottom half of the draw will be held at DEWITT GOLDS GYM. After Thanksgiving all MAIN DRAW MATCHES WILL BE AT EASTSIDE. After Thanksgiving all backdraw matches will be at Dewitt. (except the first 4 matches on the top of the backdraw. They will be held at Eastside. Will go over at the players meeting) All doubles will be played at Eastside.
