Registration will be Friday, July 1, from 3:00PM to 6:00PM at Deer Park High School-South Campus, 710 W. San Augustine, Deer Park, TX 77536, The Players Mandantory Meeting at 6:30PM and Pizza will be served. Draws and First Match Times will be given at Registration.

USTA & MEDICAL RELEASE
We must have a USTA & Medical Release Form signed by the Parent on file before a player can play. There will be a table at registration so that they may be filled out and turned in. The form can be downloaded from here:

Players are selected from a designated Section or District ranking list.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, June 9, 2005 12 Noon Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
