POSTING OF SEEDS & DRAWS - STARTING DATES
Seeds will be posted Tuesday, February 12 and draws will be posted Thursday, February 14. All doubles will start on Tuesday except 40's and 45's that will be decided based on the number of entries Singles draws larger than 8 will start on Tuesday, otherwise on Wednesday.

Sanchez-Casal Club Information
Academia Sanchez-Casal is the
home of one of the most well known tennis academies in the world. Under the
management of it’s CEO Emilio Sanchez Vicario it is the largest tennis facility
in Southwest Florida with 38 courts, acting as a tennis hub in the whole
region. Outstanding first class facilities makes the club an ideal place for
families and tennis lovers of all levels in a unique tennis atmosphere. An
active social life and lot of year round activities makes a real difference in
the sunny city of Naples, FL. ES International School is also located in the
facility and offers outstanding global education for all of our international
students. Tournaments, exhibitions, restaurant and main bar are open to the
public and member guests. Great season atmposhere!. Extensive operating hours
for the convenience of our members and guests: 7:30 am to 9 pm (Monday through
Friday), 8 am to 6 pm on Saturday and 8 am to 4 pm on Sunday.

Singles Tournament Format
We will use a full feed in draw through quarterfinals with a 3rd/4th playoff
|
ROUND ROBIN POOL PLAY IN DOUBLES
Round Robin Pool Play will be used feeding into a semifinal
bracketed draw and 5th/6th and 7th/8th
playoff. Players will be pooled in groups of 3 or 4 teams.

Match & Tie-break Formats
COMAN TIE-BREAKS WILL BE USED
Front draws: Best of 3 tie-break sets All other draws: Best of 3 tie-break sets with a 10 point tie-break in lieu of a 3rd set.

Singles Consolation
All players will automatically entered in the consolation draws. Please inform the tournament desk if you do not want to be included in the consolation draws.

Food & Drink
Reasonably priced lunch, dinner and beverages will be available throughout the week. No outside food or alcoholic beverages are permitted on the grounds. Players' special: soup of the day + half LBT turkey sandwich - $5.00 Main bar menu also available (see link below)

Players Party

Practice Courts
Some practice courts will be available for the players from Monday. You must book them personally at the tournament desk. No phone reservations will be made. Do not jump into the courts before checking with the tournament desk

Club Regulations
Players and their guests are
welcome to stay in the clubhouse and use the services of the restaurant and the
main bar. Food or drinks from outside are not allowed in the clubhouse,
restaurant and main bar.
The fitness center and locker rooms can be used
by players only.
Daily single passes will be available for
players guests for $15 at the front desk with full access to the club including
olympic-sized swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and fitness
center.

USTA Super Category II Tournament (ITF Grade 1)
This tournament will receive USTA Super Category II
and ITF Grade 1 ranking points per round won. (Please note, the ITF only ranks Men’s & Women’s 35-85 and over
singles, doubles, and mixed. If you are
playing in any other division, you will not earn ITF ranking points). In order to receive USTA ranking points for
this tournament, a player must be a current USTA member. In order to receive ITF ranking points, a

FOREIGN PLAYERS
Non U.S. citizens may enter this tournament without
the purchase of a USTA membership. You may do so, as long as you are in good
standing with your home federation and have a current ITF IPIN. You must also
create a free USTA account. Once you
have done so, you may email the tournament director with your new USTA account
