Day 2: 2 singles, 2 doubles
Day 3: 2 singles, 1 doubles
Day 4: Singles Finals, 3rd and 4th, 5th and 6th, Doubles finals,
Doubles 3rd and 4th.
SATURDAY, Sunday, Monday at 8AM , WARM UP COURTS WILL BE
AVAILABLE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS FROM 7AM SATURDAY ON
COURTS 1-15. DO NOT COME EARLY TO PLAY ON THE COURTS PLEASE. THE
FACILITY WILL NOT BE OPEN UNTIL 7 AM.

MUST turn in a medical waiver prior to their first match signed by
a parent or legal guardian in order to play in this event. Please

Check In
We will have an early check in on Friday May 17th from 5-6:30pm
. This check in is encouraged but not mandatory. Please bring your
Medical Release Form when you check in. If you opt not to do the
early check in please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first match
time to complete the check in process
Match Balls - Wilson US Open will be used, these are available
for sale in the pro shop prior to the tournament.
TOURNAMENT STRINGEROn-site stringing available, the pro shop
sells Head stringsLocationCrandon Park, On Site AlternatesIf you
want to be an onsite alternate please check in at least 15 minutes
before the first match starts. If a spot becomes available players
will be selected using the original alternate list not by the order
in which players check in.
Draw and match formats: Singles and doubles
draw format, including a statement that the consolation is
mandatory. Singles draw formats for Level 2 Nationals are an FIC-16
with a quarterfinal playoff and semifinal playoff. Singles and
doubles match formats: Main Draw and Consolation will be a two out
of three tiebreak sets with a 10 pt tiebreak in Lieu of the third
set. Doubles format is an 8-game set, no-ad scoring, with a TB at
7-7.

National Clay Court Championships
All finalists and champions of the May National Level 2 will
automatically qualify for the same age division of the National
Clay Court Championships. Players must still register for the Clay
Court Championships in order to be considered for the event. To

Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
