Indoor Practice Courts
If you are interested in booking an indoor warm up court on Thursday or Friday, please call Western Racquet Club at 262-786-7555. Courts are $30 per hour and we accept only cash or check. No indoor courts will be booked on Saturday morning. T

All matches will be played outdoors at Western Racquet Club 1800 Highland Dr, Elm Grove, WI
When you arrive at Western Racquet Club, the outdoor tennis courts are located behind the main clubhouse. Please go to the right of the main club house and follow the walkway the outdoor pro shop. The tournament desk will be located just outside the outdoor pro shop.

Looking for a hit before the tournament
Please contact Felix Corwin at 954-621-5639 if you would like a hit for your player before the tournament. He is a touring professional and will be training for the next couple of weeks. If you are interested, please contact Felix directly. His rates are $60 per hour, $30 per half hour. All payment will be done by cash or check directly to Felix.

Order of Play
Play will begin Saturday with one round of doubles. Then we will play two rounds of singles and then end the day with the QF doubles. Sunday play will begin with singles and we will end the day doubles. Monday FIC semis and FInals, 5th place match, 3rd place match and MD Final. Also doubles finals and 3rd place match will be played after singles is complete.

MATCHSCORING FORMATS
Singles:
best 2 of 3 tiebreak sets with a Match
Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set, regular scoring
Doubles:
8-game pro set with a tiebreak at 7-games all, no-ad scoring

Officiating
We will have 2 roving officials for the matches. The main draw semifinals will be chaired, as well as the main draw final. The doubles final will also be chaired.

National Clay Court Championships
All
SINGLES finalists and SINGLES champions of the May National Level 2 will
automatically qualify for the same age division of the National Clay Court
Championships. Players must still register for the Clay Court Championships in
order to be considered for the event. NOTE: These players must
still register for the tournament. To read more about the National Championship

Doubles
All players are encouraged to play doubles. If you agree to play doubles with someone, I will need an email from both partners confirming they would like to play doubles together. If you are signed up for doubles and do not have a partner, the tournament director will assign you a partner after the doubles deadline. The doubles deadline is Tuesday May 14th at noon central time.

No refunds after selections are made.

Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 25, 2019 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
