The quarterfinalists from Super #2 that register and remain age
eligible will gain entry into the Sweet 16. SUPER QUALIFIERS
MUST STILL REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT BEFORE THE ENTRY DEADLINE TO
BE CONSIDERED FOR SELECTION.
The remaining spots will be selected off the most recent USTA MV
Standing List that is published prior to the draws being
made.

Missouri Valley Standing list used to accept players into the
draw.

at the top of the USTA Missouri Valley Endorsement List for the
National Championships held in August(hard courts). All players
must still submit a timely national entry and remain age
eligible.

the USTA National Doubles Championship, provided they submit a
timely national entry and remain age eligible.
Entering Multiple Age Divisions
For tournaments with
limited draw sizes, players may register online before the entry
deadline for 2 age divisions. Unless otherwise notified at
chambers@movalley.usta.com, the player will be placed in the older
age division if the player qualifies for multiple divisions.. The
player will be removed from the alternates list from the age
division in which they were not selected. Should a player not
qualify for either age division, the player will be placed on the
alternates list for the younger age division. Players cannot be
listed on the alternates list for more than one age division.
SWEET 16 Doubles
The doubles deadline is Friday, June 15 @ 12PM. Players must play
the same age division in singles and doubles, but you do not have
to be in the singles draw to play doubles. Players in the singles
draw are required to pair with another player in the singles draw
unless not everyone in the singles draw wishes to play
doubles.
There are two ways in which a team will be placed in the doubles
draw.
1. If both members of the team sign up with each other online, and
both have gained entry into singles they will be placed on the draw
at the time of singles selection. BOTH partners must have indicated
each other as partners to be considered. If both signed up together
online, but one of the players did not make the singles draw, it
will be necessary to follow step 2 below to confirm your
registration
2. After on-line singles registration closes, a team may be placed
in the draw by contacting the tournament director (information
above) with your partner's information by 12:00 PM on the Friday
before the start of the tournament. Both partners need to contact
the tournament director to verify the team. If both players do not
confirm with the tournament director, the team will not be accepted
into the draw. Again, if you registered for doubles correctly in
step 1, but one player did not make the singles draw, please
confirm with the tournament director that you would still like to
be considered for doubles only. If you do not confirm, it will be
assumed that you do not wish to play doubles.
If you do not have a partner, email the tournament director by the
above deadline(Friday, June 15 @ 12PM) and let them know you would
like to be placed into the blind draw.
Please make every effort to secure a partner and register correctly
prior to the entry deadline. This requires your partners USTA
number upon registration.
No late entries will be accepted after the 12PM
deadline
ALTERNATES
Players who are accepted into the singles draw off the alternate
list will only be allowed into the doubles draw if the player they
are replacing was in the doubles draw.

behavior on the court.

opportunity to vote for a player when filling out your peer
