Doubles Entries (Due Sat., May 12 - noon)
Doubles entries will be accepted until Sat., May 12 at noon CT. Players may enter doubles by emailing ptctournaments@gmail.com or the TD. Both partners must email the TD to be entered. Players may also ask for a blind draw partner. Questions? Email Tournament Director.

Practice Courts
Courts will be set aside for practice during the tournament at no charge. ... These will be off site as we will have some court construction going on during the tournament. On Friday, renting a practice court will be 1/2 price. Book this by emailing the TD at ptcguy@yahoo.com. Do NOT call the venue if you want the discount. ... Limited practice courts can be booked Thursday at regular public rate if in town.

Indoor backup
Every effort will be made to hold the tournament outside, but if we move indoors, the event venue will be Overland Park Racquet Club, 6800 W 91st in OPKS. ... Times of matches will definitely change if event moves indoors.

National Clay Court ChampionshipsAll finalists and champions of the May National Level 2 will automatically qualify for the same age division of the National Clay Court Championships. Players must still register for the Clay Court Championships in order to be considered for the event. Tournament Formats
Draw and match formats: Singles and doubles draw format, including a statement that the consolation is mandatory. Singles draw formats for Level 2 Nationals are an FIC-16 with a quarterfinal playoff and semifinal playoff. Singles and doubles match formats: Main Draw singles (with the exception of 12s) will be two out of three tiebreak sets; consolation singles (and all 12s matches) are two out of three tiebreak sets with a Match TB in Lieu of the third set. Doubles format is a 6-game set, no-ad scoring, with a TB at 6-games all. More information on the scoring formats can be found in the tournament regulations.

A statement that the Computerized List Method of seeding will be used for the tournament and a link to a USTA web page has been created with seeding criteria (see links below).

Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, April 26, 2018 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
