ON-SITE ALTERNATES
On-Site Alternates are those players on the alternate list who have come to the tournament site to be a last-minute replacement for a withdrawing player. *On each day (Saturday for Austin NATS) in which alternates may be admitted to the draw, any alternate desiring admittance must check-in and be ready for play no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of the event for which they are an alternate. *The order of the alternates is based on the Original Alternates List published by the tournament, not a more recent National Standings List, and not in the order in which the players check in. On-Site Alternates may be admitted in the singles main draw to replace withdrawing players until the completion of the first round of play. Any player receiving a BYE in the first round can also be replaced by an on-site alternate in the second round because this player has not yet played a match in the event. This does not apply to players receiving a retirement as this is considered a match won. On-Site Alternates may not play in the Feed-In-Championship unless they have first played in the singles main draw.

TOP 6 G12 SINGLES ALTERNATES OFFERED MAIN DRAW ENTRY INTO EVENT
The top 6 alternates for Girls 12 singles are offered entry into the MAIN DRAW due to fewer than 32 entrants who had national rankings for entry. Please email the tourney REFEREE at Vickietennisnut@austin.rr.com for entry instructions.

MATCH TIME CHANGES POSSIBLE FOR DOUBLES FINALS AND 3/4 PLACE
Match times for doubles finals and 3/4 place playoffs for doubles may be changed to earlier times than noted on draws, dependent upon the players who remain in the singles draws. If courts are available and we have no player conflicts with singles, we will do our best to move match times earlier in the day.
