Warm up courts Sunday morning
Courts will open at 7am. Players playing at 915-930, there will be three courts open for practice until 915am. Courts will not be reserved and players will be asked to go 4 to a court.

Draw Size and Match Formats
Singles Draw will be a 32 FIC16 draw. Quarterfinal losers will be placed in a separate draw. All Main Draw matches will be 2 of 3 full sets. All FIC matches will be 2 sets with a 10 point match tie-break in lieu of the third set. Doubles will be a 16 SE Draw. All doubles matches will be one set no ad scoring.

Doubles
Please email Scott at scarson@westernracquetclub.com with your doubles partners. If you are signed up for doubles and do not have a partner choosen by the doubles deadline, a partner will be assigned to you. The deadline to sign up for doubles and to pick partners is Tuesday October 2nd at 5pm Central time.

Practice and Warm up courts
Courts will be available at North Shore Elite on Friday evening between 6-8pm for warm up. Cost of the court time is $20 per hour. Please call 414-351-2900 to book the court time. Each day during the tournament, courts will be available for warm up from 7-8am before play begins. No reservations will be taken, all courts will be on a first come first serve basis. Players will be asked to go 4 to a court if necessary.

Order Of Play
Saturday Play will begin at 8am with RD 16 and QF Doubles Singles RD of 32 and RD 16 play will follow with 1 round of FIC being played as well Sunday Play will begin with singles with MD, qtrs and semis, 2 ads of FIC and 1 rd of QF losers FIC being played. Doubles will be played after singles is completed Day 2. Monday 2 rounds of FIC will be played, Championship, 3rd Place, 5th place and doubles Final and 3rd place match will be played if necessary.

It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, September 13, 2018 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
