SITE: All Tournament Matches Will Be Played At Five Seasons
All tournament matches will be played at Five Seasons Sports Club on 8 HARD INDOOR courts. Five Seasons is located at 11790 Snider Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45249. Please check in 30 minutes before your first match. We will not have a formal check-in Friday night.

DOUBLES
If you want to play doubles, please let us know your partner as soon as possible. Everyone in the singles draw is eligible to play doubles. If you want to request contact information for a potential partner, please email schubertbh@gmail.com.

Late Entries
We always have late entry requests. Please remember that the tournament selection process is computerized by the USTA. If you did not get your entry in by 11:59 AM for whatever reason on January 19th, you will not be eligible for selection and we cannot help you with this. If you want to be added to the end of the alternate list (behind all timely applicants), you can email SchubertBH@hotmail.com

Practice Courts
We will have a practice courts available on February 9th at Five Seasons. We will have courts available February 10th and February 11th from 7-8 AM for $20/half hour and $35/hour. You can book courts 1 week in advance of the tournament.

Saturday Schedule
Everyone will be playing two singles matches and then 1 doubles match (possibly two) on Saturday.

Singles Draw Size and Format Information
- Draws of 32 players - Match Formats - Boys’ and Girls’ 12 Divisions. Match Formats are annually subject to change and approval by the Junior Competition Committee. Refer to the USTA Junior National Tournament, Ranking, and Sanctioning Regulations for updates. As of January 1, 2015, the authorized formats are as follows:• Singles Matches: Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in Lieu of a 3rd Set. • Doubles Matches: 6-Game Set with a 7-Point Tiebreak at 6 games all; No-ad scoring - Main draw semi-final losers will playoff for 3rd/4th place, scoring will be 2 out of 3 sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in Lieu of a 3rd Set, like all matches in this tournament - Quarter final losers will be fed into a separate draw to play off for 5th/6th place, scoring will be two tie-break sets, with a 10-point tie-break in lieu of third set - Main draw finals will be chaired. - FIC through the round of 16, and the FIC will play out the finals

We will have stringers available at times throughout the weekend. Midwest Sports also has 30 minute turnaround for rackets and is less than 5 miles from Five Seasons. Midwest Sports is located at 11613 Reading Road Cincinnati, OH 45241 513-956-4900.

It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration.
