We are open to the public and are looking forward to hosting everyone from around the country!

Player Check-In
There is no requirement to check-in before your match. The tournament director will be available between 4:00pm & 6:00pm on Friday, May 11 for registration. There will not be a player/parent meeting.
|
Gift Exchange
There will be a player party for Girls and their families/coaches on Saturday night at 6:00pm. Food and soft drinks will be provided. We would like to have a gift exchange among the girls that night. Please bring a gift of approximately $10. Something from your home state would be great, but it does not need to be that. The girls will draw numbers and get to choose a gift out of the piles. Hope you will participate!
|
Practice Courts
The tournament will be scheduled so that there is always at least one practice court set aside during the day each day outdoors. There are other public courts nearby that we can direct you to as well. If, for some reason, we have inclement weather, the matches will continue inside, but there will not be practice courts. There will be practice courts on Friday, May 11. No charge for players on practice courts on Friday. Outdoor practice courts on Thursday will be $10/hr. If you are booking time to hit with a pro on Saturday, you may NOT practice on the "official practice court". 4 girls are expected to fill the court. If there are girls in need of a court, coaches will be asked to step aside and let players practice.
|
Match Format
Main Draw Singles: 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring. Mandatory 10 minute break after 2nd set. Full 3rd set. Coaching allowed after 2nd set. Consolation Singles: 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring. 3 minute mandatory break after 2nd set, coaching allowed. Match Tiebreak will be used in lieu of a 3rd set. Medical Release
Please bring your filled out and signed medical release with you to the tournament. You MUST have this presented before you will be allowed to play. If you do not have one, we will have them at the tournament, but it must be a parent (not a coach or friend) that signs it. I can e-mail or fax one to you if you need it. Thanks!

Directions to the PC MARC
From the Salt Lake airport, follow directions onto I-80 EAST. The signs may say toward "Cheyenne". I-80 will merge with I-15 for a few miles and then split off again. Just keep following signs onto I-80 East. After you cross the Salt Lake valley, you will begin climbing Parley's Canyon. About 15 minutes up the canyon, you will take the Park City/ Kimball Junction exit. If you hit Hiway 40 - you have gone too far. When you take the Kimball Junction exit, you will turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Hiway 224. This is the main road into town. Stay on Hiway 224 for about 6 miles. After you pass the big white barn on your right, you will want the 2nd stop light. Turn left onto Holiday Ranch Loop drive. Follow Holiday Ranch Loop to the first stop sign and turn right onto Little Kate Road. The club is up on your left about 1/10 mile. Front desk phone number is 435-615-5400. Address is 1200 Little Kate Road, Park City, Utah 84060.

High Altitude Balls
Park City is located at 7000 feet altitude. We do use Wilson's special high altitude balls for play. Don't bother bringing balls from your low altitude home - they will bounce over your head here! We will have plenty of hoppers of used balls for the girls to practice with.
|
On- Site Racquet Stringing
There is on-site racquet stringing. Not all clubs carry every string made, so I would advise bringing your own string to make sure the string you like to use is available.
|
Air Travel: Fly in to Salt Lake City International airport,
which is located less than 40 minutes drive to Park City. Salt Lake
is a hub of Delta and Southwest airlines, and is also serviced by
other major airlines. Rental cars and shuttle service are available
at the airport. For general information about Park City, visit
