Aptos High school site (5 minutes away) will be used in addition to the Flora Vista Inn (5 minutes away) and Seascape Sports Club for the hard court part of the tournament. Directions to all the sites are listed at the report above labeled "DIRECTIONS TO ALL SITES-WEATHER DELAY HOTLINE". The FLORA VISTA INN will be used for the HAR TRU 40s and 55s events here is the link to this cool Bed and Breakfast with two clay courts.

TOURNAMENT HOTEL- BOOK NOW! ROOMS STILL OPEN
Best Western Rose Garden Inn in Watsonville is a boutique style hotel conveniently in beautiful Watsonville. All the rooms boast of new matresses, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and hair dryer. The rate includes continental breakfast and wireless internet access. CONTACTING THE TD/ WITHDRAWS
Before the actual dates of the tournament please contact the TD by e-mail (above) if you have any questions. Please submit any withdrawals in writing first by emailing the TD and then also call the TD phone number above and leave a message as well. Once the tournament starts then calling first would be most appropriate. Leave a message if there is no answer and then send an email for your own records.

THE SEPTEMBER 17TH DEADLINE IS VERY FIRM IN ORDER TO SELECT
PLAYERS AS DRAWS ARE EXCPECTED TO BE FULL BEING THE LAST TOURNAMENT
THAT COUNTS FOR GP STANDINGS. There is a maximum of two events two
doubles and/or one singles event and one doubles event. ALL SENIOR
EVENTS WILL BE LIMITED TO 16 PLAYERS OR TEAMS. NTRP DIVISONS WILL
BE LIMITED TO 16. Round of 16 and Quarter-Final matches should
expect a Friday start. Some Quarters may be played on Saturday.
Scheduling requests must be made before the deadline by email. Some
Friday matches most likely can be scheduled later in the day with
prior notification. The competitor list will be displayed soon
after the deadline. No applicant list will be available prior to
the competitor list being posted.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, September 17, 2010 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
