SUN CANCELLED- FAMILY GRAND PRIX POSTPONED-JUNIOR EVENT FINISHED
UNFORTUNATELY WITH THE CONSTANT RAIN WE HAVE BEEN FORCED TO CANCEL THE REST OF THE JUNIOR TOURNAMENT WHICH CANNOT BE MADE UP. HOWEVER, THE FAMILY GRAND PRIX PORTION OF THIS EVENT CAN BE FINISHED AT OUR OWN LEISURE SCHEDULING MATCHES ONE AT A TIME OR AT THE SAME TIME. EMAIL THE TD WITH YOUR AVAILABLILITY. THANKS FOR YOUR PATEINCE TODAY BUT THIS IS THE RISK WE RUN WITH RUNNING AND PLAYING IN A TOURNAMENT THAT IS A ONE WEEKEND EVENT IN THE WINTER. TIME CHANGE SAT NIGHT
Don't forget we gain an hour of sleep by falling backwards Saturday night be setting your clocks an hour back or you will be at the tournament an hour early on Sunday.

DRAWS HAVE BEEN POSTED- PRINT THE REPORT ABOVE
Please check-in DIRECTLY TO YOUR ASSIGNED SITE at least 30 minutes before the scheduled match time. On the draws, "AH" is Aptos High School and "SSC" is Seascape Sports Club. Print the report above labeled "DIRECTIONS TO ALL SITES-WEATHER DELAY HOTLINE" and bring it with you to the tournament. This report has directions and the number to call regarding any weather condition delays.

FAMILY EVENT FORMAT
The father/son event format is main draw and consolation if you lose your first match. To regulate time we will use the 10 point tie break in lieu of the 3rd set for the entire father/son event. Since the Family portion of this event is a Grand Prix event all participants will get a cool Grand Prix sweatshirt and also be invited to have dinner Satruday night @ 5:00. Extra guests will be $10 if they want to join us!

Match Tie Breaks will be used in singles and 8 Game Pro Sets in
junior doubles. Match Tie Breaks will be used in the father/son
events. All pre-tournament questions regarding this tournament
should be emailed to rick@seascapesportsclub.com. Read the website
regarding doubles.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, November 1, 2010 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
