Print the report above labeled "DIRECTIONS TO ALL SITES- PRINT THIS REPORT- WEATHER DELAY INFO" and bring it to the tournament with you. Check in DIRECTLY to your assigned site 30 minutes prior to your start time. Don't forget to bring water so you stay hydrated. "SSC" is Seascape Sports Club, "AH" is Aptos High School.

ROUND ROBINS (Round 1,2,3,etc.)
Check every round by clicking on each round to make sure you know all the times you are supposed to play in the round robin. All Round Robins will play one set per match (except for the Girls 10s Challenger singles and Boys 16 Challenger Doubles). The winners of each round robin will be determined after all the rounds are played.

3RD/4TH PLAYOFFS FOR ALL EVENTS THAT ARE NOT ROUND ROBINS
All the events that are not round robins will have a 3rd/4th playoff round for the two players that don't win in the Semi-Finals. Make sure you check this if you are in the Semis of any single elimination event.

OPEN EVENT ON THE SECOND WEEKEND NOV 10TH-11TH DEADLINE NOV 4TH
THERE IS A SEPARATE LINK FOR THE OPEN TOURNAMENT THAT IS NOW SCHEDULED FOR THE SECOND WEEKEND ONLY ON NOVEMBER 10-11. HERE IS THE LINK. PLAYERS IN THE FIRST WEEKEND'S EVENT SHOULD MAKE SURE THEY ARE OUT OF THE THAT EVENT BEFORE SIGNING UP. THE DEADLINE FOR SIGNING UP IS SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH AT MIDNIGHT.

ALL FAMILY EVENTS SECOND WEEKEND ONLY NOVEMBER 10-11 ONLY
We will also have a family event sceduled for this second weekend of this event as well on Nov 10-11. The entries for that are online at this link. Play with your Mom or Dad or your parents can play a tournament together too. There are five divisions Mother/Son, Mother/Daughter, Father/Son, Father/Daughter and Husband/Wife. Parents may play two events with two children (Male and Female) or one child and your spouse for only $20 each player. Check it out,

CONTACTING THE TD/ WITHDRAWS
Before the actual dates of the tournament please contact the TD by e-mail (above) if you have any questions. Please submit any withdrawals in writing first by emailing the TD and then also call the TD phone number above and leave a message as well. Once the tournament starts then calling first would be most appropriate. Leave a message if there is no answer and then send an email for your own records. IF ENTRIES HAVE NOT CLOSED YOU CAN WITHDRAWAL YOURSELF ONLINE WITH YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER. YOU CAN ALSO EDIT YOUR OWN REGISTRATION ONLINE YOURSELF.

Match Tie Breaks will be used in singles and 8 Game Pro Sets in
doubles. All pre-tournament questions regarding this tournament
should be emailed to rick@seascapesportsclub.com. Read the website
regarding doubles.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, October 28, 2007 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
