Day of Fast 4 Tournament
Mask are required at check-in. Please follow the three W's, throughout the day.Balls on site will be provided for play yet, due to Covid-19, players are allowed to supply their own can of tennis balls, marked with a sharpie with their name, to serve with, throughout the Fast4. Chairs on site are limited therefore we strongly recommend players and guest bring a stadium chair or blanket. There will be no Food and drinks available on site for purchase. Players are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch or order pick-up at Kilmarlic Golf Club at 252-491-4220. Coolers on site are allowed.

2020 at WestSide Athletic Club.
Player Selection Type
The purpose of this tournament to raise money for local hospice
care, while promoting tennis in Southeastern North Carolina. 100%
of all proceeds will benefit Dare Hospice.
Due to restrictions of Covid-19 this year's tournament will be a
no-sanctioned, one day USTA Fast4 event, hosted by WestSide

The Charity Classic Tournament is the signature fundraiser for Dare
Hospice, a unit of the Dare County Department of Health and Human
Services serving those in the community facing end of life
The event will consist of 16 draws, men's and women's doubles,
2.5,3.0,3.5 & 4.0. The Charity Classic Tennis Tournament is
open to all players 18 years of age and up.
Funds raised from the Charity Classic tournament are designated by

It is the PLAYER'S responsibility to know their next match time and
show up in a timely manner. Check the website often for updated
match times. PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN FOR EACH MATCH 30 MINUTES
PRIOR TO ITS SCHEDULED START TIME. ALL USTA RULES WILL BE ENFORCED
If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so
online. Click on "Edit Registration," then "Withdraw." You will
need your original confirmation number. All withdrawals after
"Entries Close" must be sent BOTH in writing via email (to the
Tournament Director's address above) AND by phone to the tournament
site. Players withdrawing after the tournament deadline will not be
refunded the entry fee.
Format of Southern Fast4
1. The first to 4 games wins the set.
2. No-ad Scoring is used.
3. Service lets are played.
4. First-to-five-point tiebreakers apply at 3 games

Due to Covid-19 no food will be served on site. Kilmarlic will be
open for takeout orders and menu's will be available on-site.

Entry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, September 30, 2020 2:05:00 PM Eastern Time.
