Please follow instructions carefully:
* Follow directions listed on how to use the Virtual Desk to be able to communicate with all.
* Sites and Divisions:
* Saturday at ATA and Sunday at WLHS: Boys’ 12, Boys’ 18, Girls' 14, Girls 12, Girls' 16, Girl's 18
* Saturday and Sunday at WLHS: Boys’ 14, Boys’ 16
* Check your draws carefully for time and place.
* Arrive at your respective site at least 15 minutes before your scheduled match time.
* First, report to the Registration Desk and provide your signed CATA Waiver. If you did not download and sign it prior to arriving, there will be extra forms. This is only for the First Round. In order to speed up the check in process we STRONGLY suggest that you have this document ready.
* Once checked in, report to the tournament desk and wait to be assigned a court. Only players are allowed in the area. Players will be contacted via PA/mail/text when their court is available to play.
* Masks must be worn by all spectators, coaches, parents, etc. Players should wear masks until entering the court.
* There will be no water, ice nor snacks for the players.
* We suggest bringing your own chair, water jug, towel, umbrella, and snacks.
* The Pro Shop at ATA will not be open. If you need to have racket strung, we suggest you contact The Tennis Shop located at 3801 N Capital of Texas Hwy #G140, Austin, TX 78746.
* Please use “Social Distancing” while waiting for matches and/or watching matches.

CATA WAIVER
Due to the present conditions, all Players and Parent/Legal Guardian must sign the Waiver of Claims prior to their first match. This waiver can be found on the link below. You can download it, print it, sign it and bring it with you to the tournament. We will have additional forms at the tournament for those who were unable to download it.

NEW MEDICAL WAIVER - Everyone Must Resign for 2020
All players MUST complete and submit a new Medical/Media Waiver Form to be accepted to the tournament. Players that fail to complete and submit a form will be deemed INELIGIBLE for the tournament and will be REMOVED. Please follow the link above to complete and submit the form.

FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you opt for allowing notifications when signing up for Match Tennis App so court assignment messages are received.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

300 Player Max Between 12s-18s and 10s
The first 150 eligible 12s-18s players will be selected for this tournament. With the 10s being held Sunday, the first 150 eligible 10s players will be selected for the 10s tournament. A maximum of 300 players will be able to participate in 10s and 12s-18s tournaments.

Registrations from Previous Tournament Homepage
Players who were originally registered for the old tournament have been entered into the new tournament's Competitors list. These players will be selected before players listed on the Applicants as they were originally registered for the old tournament.

Excessive Overrule Guideline:
The USTA Texas Officials Committee along with the Competitive Department has established a guideline in reference to excessive overrules as clarified in the Friend at Court. This guideline states "Once a player has been overruled for a second time in a match, they will be cautioned that after another overrule, they will be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct under the point penalty system."

Registration Confirmation: As a parent or player it is your responsibility to assure registration in the event. Regardless if you register on the website or mobile app after completing the registration you should visit the USTA web driven site and confirm your registration by finding the player in the applicants list. If you select to skip this process please be aware that should any malfunctions of the system occur, players will not be granted late entrance in the event due to a system error.

ATTENTION ALL SPECTATORS (INCLUDES PARENTS, COACHES, RELATIVES, FRIENDS, ETC.) In an effort to promote a more enjoyable and fair experience for all, the following policy is in immediate force and effect, and shall be diligently and stringently enforced. USTA Texas has implemented a “ZERO TOLERANCE” policy for improper behavior.
1. Any attempt by a spectator to speak to the official in an abusive or disrespectful manner regarding a line call or other ruling during match play shall be cause for immediate removal from the playing area and, if warranted, from the premises.

2. Any spectator behavior deemed unacceptable towards a player, other spectator or staff member shall be cause for immediate removal from the playing area or the entire premises. If said behavior is directed towards a player, either before, during or after a tournament, it shall result in an automatic and immediate suspension of that spectator’s right to attend USTA Texas tournaments, for a period of time to be determined by the USTA Texas Discipline and Grievance Committee. 3. Refusal to adhere to a removal request shall trigger immediate enforcement of the point penalty system against the player with whom the spectator is involved (per point penalty system regulations), including possible immediate default from the tournament. 4. The On-Site Official is the SOLE judge regarding unacceptable behavior.
