Due to the heightened concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, effective immediately the USTA suspended all USTA sanctioned products and events, including Adult and Junior Tournaments, League Tennis, Junior Team Tennis, Team Challenge, Team Tournaments, USTA Schools programs, Tennis on Campus, Wheelchair Events and USTA Pro Circuit Events. The health and safety of all players, staff, fans and volunteers are the foremost concern. This suspension is in effect through April 20.
Please note: matches will take place only on Sunday, March 22nd.
Parents, please make sure that the players have the right size rackets. We follow the USTA Florida Red and Orange Tennis Guidelines.
Red Ball Division - the racket cannot be longer than 23 inches.
Orange Ball Division - the racket should not be longer than 25 inches.
This is a Level 9 - ROGY Tournament and its the perfect start for a new player in a fun, supportive atmosphere. As this kind of events are not used to earn ranking points, we would like to provide through our tournaments an opportunity for the players to implement what they learn in practice, and to introduce the parents into what means to be a tennis parent.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, March 13, 2020 2:15:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
