UPDATE on Match Schedules
Due to the overwhelming number of potential conflicts, the majority of Sunday matches have not been scheduled. We will continue to work on the Sunday times as matches are completed on Saturday. We are attempting to finish up as early as possible on Sunday. There may be some conflicts found in Saturday's schedule. Let the referee know, and we apologize in advance. USTA/TennisLink has not yet addressed the scheduling module problems, so this is basically a manual schedule. Please work with us on moving your matches along. This tournament has grown to the breaking point, for which we thank you! We are looking at ways to reduce the pressure next year and make it more enjoyable for everyone.
|
Saturday 8:50 PM - UPDATE ON SCHEDULING
Sunday match times are posted. Keep your fingers crossed. We hope we have avoided any conflicts. The USTA system is still not working. We appreciate the wonderful attitude everyone has shown and the support you have given us while we work through the scheduling issue.
|
TRAFFIC DELAYS SATURDAY
As in past years there will be 5K race going down Providence Road on Saturday morning. Please adjust your travel time to account for this. We suggest that you arrive by way of Rea Road and then turn on to Old Providence Road. Your left turn on to Sharon View Road will likely be blocked by a police officer. Tell the officer that you are going to the tournament and will enter the pool entrance. The pool entrance is immediately after your turn on to Sharon View.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
