COURT SURFACES
All age divisions will play on clay except B16 which will be played on hard. Although every effort is made to keep players on the same surface, there is no guarantee when weather is an issue. Some consolation matches may be played on either clay or hard. The referee reserves the right to change the court surfaces in the event of inclement weather.

HOSPITALITY
We will have hot chocolate and fruit throughout the tournament. Pastries will be available Sunday morning.

DRAW FORMAT
Except for round robin formats, singles draws will have a MODIFIED FEED IN CONSOLATION. All players should report their scores, win or lose at the tournament desk at the location of your match. Do not assume that you are finished with the tournament when you lose. Always double check the draws on-line for your match times and locations. Except for round robin formats, doubles will be Single Elimination (SE).

MATCH SCORING FORMAT 12's - 18's DIVISIONS
Singles main draw and consolation will play best 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. ADD SCORING WILL BE USED IN ALL 12's - 18's DIVISIONS. If you split sets you are entitled to a 3 minute set break and on-court coaching is allowed. If you leave the court you will forfeit your time to receive coaching. All doubles will play a 6 game set with a 7 point tiebreak played at 6 all.

TOURNAMENT/MATCH CHECK IN
Please check in for the tournament 30 min. early. After that you may check in for your matches 15 min. early.

WARM UP
Match warm ups will be limited to 5 minutes. WARM UP COURTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT HOLLY TREE ONCE MATCHES BEGIN.

ENTRY FEE REFUNDS
There will be no refunds once entries close. No exceptions.

I-85 North to I-385 toward Columbia. Exit at Bridges Rd. Turn left on Bridges. Turn left on Bethel Rd. Turn right on Hwy 14. Turn left on Plantation Dr. into Holly Tree. The courts are on the right just past the pool.

I-26 to I-385 toward Greenville. Exit at Lauren's Rd. Turn right off exit and you will be on Main St. - Simpsonville. Go approximately 1 mile and turn left on Hwy 14 (gas stations on the corners). Go through 4 lights and turn right on Plantation Dr. into Holly Tree. The courts are on the right past the pool.

I-85 south to Hwy 14 exit. Turn left off exit. Continue on Hwy 14 for approximately 8 miles. Turn left on Plantation Dr. into Holly Tree. The courts are on the right past the pool.

DOUBLES SIGN UP
You must register with a doubles partner. Please obtain your doubles partner's USTA# and sign up online before entries close.

Each participant will receive a tournament t-shirt. Please remember to check the box when you register, indicating the size shirt you would like. Also include a phone number where you may be reached during the tournament.

2020 USTA Southern Youth Progression Update Please note that
starting January 2020 USTA Southern’s Youth Progression has changed from
offering 2 levels of Orange ball to only one level of Orange ball - Orange
Level 1. Players will now start at Orange Level 1 and progress to Green Level 1
then to Mission Complete/Yellow Ball. Youth Progression point distribution has
