SHORT TERM POLICIES REGARDING CORONAVIRUS
Coronavirus Update, March 11th, 2020
In light of an abundance of caution
relating to the moving dynamics of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). USTA
Southern Adult & Junior Tennis Tournament Departments have adopted short
term policies for all Junior and Adult tournaments being held March 9th
Tournament staff will monitor their county health guidelines and

Tournaments may still operate, as long as they follow CDC and
their county health guidelines.
Players will be able to withdraw without any penalty up until
the draw has been made. Entry fees should be refunded except for Active

Register your team or for a team by March 10th. If you have 3 boys and 3 girls you can register your own team. If you do not have a team, register under the Umbrella team - team #7041399091.

can qualify your team for the state championships and get
tournament points! If you do not have a team, put your name down
for the umbrella team number 7041399091 and we'll put you on a team
for your age group. Always fun to play with your friends! Create
your own team with a minimum of 3 boys and 3 girls to register. Age
groups are 10u,12u,14u and 18u. (age deadline August 31st)

to you and your friends. You can copy this link to access.
Winning team will get a bid for the State Championships! Discount
Price ends on March 1st. Deadline is March 10th. We are listed on
here so players can get SC L3 points and Southern points. Players
should be ranked in the top 100 in their State to be competitive.
Age deadline is August 31st so you must be within your age group
for that long because if you win State is in July and if you win
State, Southerns is in August! The format for each team match is 1
boys singles, 1 girls singles, 1 boys doubles, 1 girls doubles, and
1 mixed doubles. Teams will play a minimum of 3 matches. If you
wish to be invited on a team or can put a team together with a
minimum of 3 boys and 3 girls who are ranked in the top 100 in your
State, then contact firstname.lastname@example.org to register.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. Please consult your Section or District rules and regulations for entry requirements for this tournament. If you enter this tournament and are not eligible, any refund is as the discretion of the Tournament Director. Only USTA members can register online if available.
