10s:
Best 2 out of 3 Short Sets, 7-Point
Tiebreaker in lieu of 3rd Set; First to 4 Games by two; If at 4-4, a
7-Point Tiebreaker (win by two-points) will decide the Set; No Ad Scoring – at Deuce,
winning point decides the Game; No Coaching allowed between the 2nd
Set and the Tiebreaker.
12s:
One Set to 6 Games, Win by One Game
[Example: At 5-5, next game wins the match.]
No Ad Scoring – at Deuce, winning point decides the Game.
14s and 16s:
One Pro Set to 8 Games, Win by One Game
[Example: At 7-7, next game wins the match.]
No Ad Scoring – at Deuce, winning point decides the Game.

* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

LEVEL 5 EVENTS SCHEDULE AND CHECK IN.
Level 5 tournament singles only: Play will be one day. 18s play on Friday 10s and 12s play on Saturday 14s and 16s play on Sunday 18s check-in via Virtual Tournament Desk at 5:30 p.m. FRIDAY 10s and 12s check-in via Virtual Tournament Desk at 8:30 a.m. SATURDAY 14s and 16s check-in via Virtual Tournament Desk at 8:30 a.m. SUNDAY All play will be round robin. EVENT Scoring and number of matches will be based on number of participants.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player prior to their first match. Please download, complete, and bring signed form to expedite player check-in. 10 & Under Youth Progression Eligibility Please be aware this tournament has two 10 & Under Youth Progression divisions. ORANGE BALL DIVISION AND GREEN BALL DIVISION. This means that in order to play in a 10 & Under division, you must be eligible for that corresponding level. If you are not able to register for a 10 & Under singles event, that means you are not eligible for that level. To find out more information call PJ Fulmer at (803) 781-2574.

Tournament/Match Check In BRING YOUR MEDICAL FORM TO CHECK-IN Please check-in for the tournament 30 min. early. Tournament check-in will be available beginning Friday at 3:30 p.m. Please check into your site of play. If you are not scheduled to play Friday, the check-in is not mandatory, only check in at least 30 min. prior to your first match.

Seeding Criteria The most current USTA Southern Standing List will be used for seeding purposes.

Boys and Girls 10's Orange Ball Divsions Boy's and Girl's ORANGE BALL divisions will be played on a 60' court using a low compression orange ball. Racquet size is limited to 25" or smaller. Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using NO AD scoring, first to 4 games (win by 1). If players split sets then a 7 point tiebreak is played for the 3rd set (win by 2). THERE IS NO COACHING BETWEEN THE 2nd AND 3rd SET BREAK IN THE 10 & UNDER DIVISIONS. Doubles will be a 6 game pro set Using NO AD scoring

Boys and Girls 10's Green Ball Divisions Boy's and Girl's 10's GREEN BALL divisions will be played on a 78' court using low compression green ball. Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using NO AD scoring, first to 4 games (win by 2). A 7 point tiebreak is played if players reach 4 all. If players split sets then a 7 point tiebreak is played for the 3rd set (win by 2). THERE IS NO COACHING BETWEEN THE 2nd AND 3rd SET BREAK IN THE 10 & UNDER DIVISIONS. Doubles will be a 6 game pro set using NO AD scoring

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. Please consult your Section or District rules and regulations for entry requirements for this tournament. If you enter this tournament and are not eligible, any refund is as the discretion of the Tournament Director. Only USTA members can register online if available.
