We are excited to provide our entrants with the highest quality tournament experience!
Please register for Match Tennis App. We will be using Match Tennis App during our tournament for the following:
1. Important Tournament Notifications- you must register to receive automatic email messages for (rain delays, schedule changes, draw changes, etc.) instead of having to check the website over and over.
2. “Find a Warm-Up Partner” Privatized Service (Find a partner to warm-up with before your matches. Register, Add your name to the list, and connect with others looking)
In order to receive all important Tournament notifications, YOU MUST register. Enter promo code “GA-44971” during registration for free access. You must register through the website before you can use the mobile app. No Credit Card Required. Please click the “more info” link below to register.
This is an entry-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia
as a Level 5 (no Southern points). Registration must be completed online.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls registered for 10 and under division will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Youth Progression (for
children ages 7-10)
If this is your child’s first time playing a tournament,
please email Eva Marie McCravy (email@example.com) or Susan Pierce (firstname.lastname@example.org)
to activate their USTA number in the Youth Progression program. For more
information about Youth Progression, visit our web page.
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late entrants will not be added to the draw until the entry fee payment has been processed. An invoice will be sent via PayPal. The full late entry policy is stated below.
Entry Fee Payment Balance
If there is a problem processing your payment online, an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal. Please let us know if you would prefer a different method of payment. Balances must be taken care of before your first scheduled match.
Draws will be published by Friday at 9 a.m. It is your responsibility
to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match times and any
Round Robin Format.
Trophies will be awarded to First Place only.

Director is permitted to have up to four (4) draws per Division.
Boys & Girls 10s – All matches are the best
of 2 no-ad short sets (4 games), with a “sudden death” played at 3-games all:
the next game wins the set (it is not necessary to play a set tiebreak nor to
win by 2 games). If the players/teams
split sets, the final set is a 7-point tiebreak: the first player/team to 7
points wins (it is not necessary to win by 2 points). Adult monitoring and play
supervision (correcting scoring mistakes) may be permitted, but no coaching is allowed.
Boys & Girls 12s-14s (SG) - All matches are the
best of 2 no-ad short sets (4 games), with a set tiebreak (first to 7 points by
2) played if the set score is tied at 3-games all. Should the players/teams
split sets, the final set is a match tiebreak (first to 10 pts by 2). Coaching is NOT allowed.

Southern Orange Ball 10 & Under Changes
Please note that starting January 2020 USTA Southern’s Youth Progression has changed from offering 2 levels of Orange ball to only one level of Orange ball - Orange Level 1. Players will now start at Orange Level 1 and progress to Green Level 1 then to Mission Complete/Yellow Ball. Youth Progression point distribution has also changed. See here for more info:
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, February 18, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
