Notes
Waivers must be completed before the tournament starts:

Parent/Player Contact InfoTournament directors do not have
access to phone numbers and email addresses of the tournament
participants UNLESS the player re-enters their contact information
at time of event registration. This means that if a player does not
enter their phone and email information each time they register for
a tournament, the tournament director will not be able contact them
for any reason, including withdrawals, defaults, byes, rain delays,
etc. Your cooperation will ensure that tournaments can continue to
communicate necessary information to you. Thank you.
Withdraw Policy
If a player withdraws or defaults from
the Junior Super Set after 4pm the day before the tournament
starts, that player will be assessed 4 suspension points
unless medical documentation of the injury or illness is provided
to the Tournament Director AND Southwest Section Junior Player
Development Manager within 48 hours after the completion of the
tournament. If it is before 4pm the day before the tournament
starts, there will NOT be any suspension points.
"Player shall not enter tournament player cannot finish. Player
shall not enter a tournament (including mandatory consolation)
knowing the player will be unable to finish." p119 Friend at
Court
In theory, the Junior Competition Committee feels that it is
important to adopt and strongly enforce National's ruling on the
Suspension Point System. In recent years, several players have been
pulling out of tournaments, especially L3-5 events, on the final
day of competition or once a player is in the back draw.
Entry: advanced and intermediate have been combined for the
remainder of the year into 1 day but will continue to group based
on level. No rating cap.
Format:
This is a ONE day event. It is NON-ELIMINATION. Players will play
three, one set matches in just 3-4 hours! (the three matches will
include walkovers, withdraws, and byes). Awards will be giving to
first and second place finishers in all draws. This tournament is
sanctioned and you will get ranking points.
Boys/Girls 12-18's -- One set to 6; ad scoring.
Scheduling
When registering for this tournament, please leave the whole day
open until the Monday before the tournament. Draws will be posted
at that time. If you have two or more kids registered, please email
me the name of the players and their divisions prior to the Friday
after the deadline. I will try to schedule siblings at the same
time, but there are no guarantees.

Boys/Girls 14-18's -- Standard yellow ball on regular size
