REFUNDS
To All Competitors: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are offering a full refund of the entry fees or a full credit to another one of our tournaments. In order to receive a monetary refund all requests must be emailed to Jennifer Weber by April 17, 2020, after that date (no exceptions) you will be given only a credit to another Tennis Dynamics tournament. Please email jennifer@tennisdynamics.net for a refund please include the players name, Parent name and address. All refunds will be mailed after April 17, 2020.

TOURNAMENT CANCELLED
I am sorry to inform you that in light of an abundance of caution relating to the moving dynamics of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), USTA Georgia, USTA Southern and USTA National has cancelled all tournaments today through April 20, 2020. The safety and well-being of our players, parents, coaches and tournament staff is our highest priority. There will be no penalties accrued to the player. We are offering a full credit to the next Road at Laurel Park.

Friday, 9:30am Tournament Update
This tournament is on as planned. We had to make a few changes so please check the draws. We will update weather/court conditions at 3:15pm today. In accordance with safe health practices, we will move our tournament desk outside, ask players not to shake hands, encourage hand washing and supply hand sanitizer.

*********USTA GEORGIA ROAD TO MASTER'S TOURNAMENT T-SHIRT********
****The USTA Georgia Road to the Master's Championship t-shirts will be interactive in a sense. On the back of the t-shirt there is a line for each tournament director or desk personnel to sign for the events. At the end of the series in December 2020 if a player has all of the signatures filled out for all nine tournaments they qualify for a special gift from Wilson. If they have 8 of the events signed they qualify for a certain gift and if they have 7 they get a different/certain gift.

Covid-19 Update (Coronavirus)
PER THE STA During the month of March, USTA Southern Junior Tennis Tournament Dept. has adopted the following short term policies: The tournament staff will monitor the County Health guidelines and CDC daily. Players can withdraw without penalty up until the draw has been made. Players should refrain from handshakes at the conclusion of matches. Ultimately, however, it is up to each player and/or parent to decide whether to participate in any
event. Further, every player is expected to take all reasonable precautions to protect themselves from
the risk of exposure.

Late Entries
LATE ENTRANTS :If you wish to enter late please call Laurel Park by 2PM at 770 919-8602. A $10 late fee will be added to entry fee. If you affect the seeding you will automatically be moved to the next age group. USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances.

Refunds
REFUNDS: There are absolutely no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are weather issues and no matches are played, then your 75% of your entry fee will be refunded in the form of a credit to another Tennis Dynamics tournament: (Note: $3.50 The USTA Tennislink service fee will not be refunded) If there are weather issues and you begin play for a match, we will do our very best to get you back on court.

Welcome!
This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed
online.T-shirts will be given.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under
that are eligible
for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with
green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or
new to Youth
Progression will play on a 60’ court
with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged. Player Seeding and Selection done by Southern Standings.

Draws
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match
times and any other updates.
Format
Limit 16 draw except when there are no League Matches.
FIC through Quarterfinals. 3rd and 4th place playoffs. Some consolations may
not finish. Match times and tournament information can be accessed online at
least 48 hours before the first scheduled match. Awards to winner, finalist and
consolation winner and finalist.
All boys/girls
12-18's matches will be two sets with a match tie-break (10 point tie-break) in
lieu of a third set. All 10's matches will be two short sets (sets to 4 games).
If sets reach 3-3 you must win by two games, example: 5-3. If sets reach 4-4 a
set tie-break will be played. (7 point tie-break). If the players split sets
then a 7 point match tie-break will be played in lieu of a third set. This is in accordance
with USTA Georgia regulations.
Withdrawals and Refund
Policy
Before the
deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament
director.
No refunds for
withdrawals after the tournament deadline.

Southern Orange Ball 10 & Under Changes
Please note that starting January 2020 USTA Southern’s Youth Progression has changed from offering 2 levels of Orange ball to only one level of Orange ball - Orange Level 1. Players will now start at Orange Level 1 and progress to Green Level 1 then to Mission Complete/Yellow Ball. Youth Progression point distribution has also changed. See here for more info:

USTA Georgia "Road To Master's Championship" There are 9 Championship tournaments we have grouped together and fashioned into the "USTA Georgia Road To Masters Championship". This series is set up so players will accumulate their regular points assigned to them by USTA Georgia and they will also gain points toward qualifying for the season ending Master's Championship held at a select location.The series is directed by Tennis Dynamics and One-Love Tennis. Ultimately, players will be competing to win a spot in the season ending "Master's Championships"held in November of 2020
