DOUBLES FINALS AND 3/4 PLAYOFFS-Sunday after singles!
Doubles finals and 3/4 playoffs will take place on Sunday following singles matches. Tentative match times will be posted, but be aware that they may change based on how late singles matches run.

Pre-Match Warm Up Sessions-Private and Group
Private Sessions-There will be 2 pros from Reunion Tennis Center available fo private hitting sessions or pre-match warm-ups over the course of the tournament weekend. Cost is $30 for a 30 minute session. Please contact them directly: Andres Yepez-786-599-7411, David Mejia- 559-477-0285. They will have access to courts at tournament sites prior to matches and will have clay courts at Reunion(150 Greensward Drive, Madison, MS 39110).and alternate sites for hard courts throughout the day.
Group Warm-Up- Andres Yepez will be running a group warm-up on Saturday and Sunday morning from 7:00-7:40 at RTC. You must contact him directly at 786-599-7411 to reserve your spot. Cost is $15 per player.

PLAYER LUNCH-MEAL COUPON
Lunch from Subway will be served at RTC on Saturday from 11-1. Make sure to use your free meal coupon from Moe's while you're in town as well!

POSTING OF SEEDS AND DRAWS
Seeding and Draws with match times for Friday and Saturday are posted. Sunday and Monday match times will be posted Friday. The schedule of play for the weekend is as follows: Friday: Doubles starts at 5:00 PM. 3 rounds to be completed. Saturday: Singles play will begin at 8:00 A.M. 2 Rounds of Main Draw Singles and one round of feed in consolation. Doubles semi-finals following singles matches. TOURNAMENT CHECK IN and FRIDAY MATCH SITES-(RTC(14s) and Parham Bridges(12s)- Friday 3:30-7:00 p.m.)
Boys and Girls 14s doubles will be at RTC on Friday and Boys and Girls 12s doubles will be at Parham Bridges. Check in will take place at both RTC and Parham Bridges from 3:30p.m-7:00 pm on Friday for your convenience and you are free to check in at either site regardless of your age division. For those of you that are unable to check in Friday, you need to do the following and PLEASE DO NOT CALL: 1- Make sure your entry fee has been paid 2 - Email or Fax in your Medical Release Waiver WITH your CELL phone numbers & HOTEL info! completed to justynschelver@hotmail.com or 601-605-8754. 3 - Show up at your match site 30 minutes before your match time.

SCHEDULE OF PLAY

FORMAT OF PLAY
The format of play for singles is a 64 Draw, Full feed in through the Round of 16. The scoring for Main draw singles for 14s is Best 2 of 3 sets and the scoring for Consolation singles , Quarter Final Playoffs and all 12s singles(Main Draw and Consolation) is a tiebreak in lieu of a third set. The format of play for doubles is a 32 Draw, Single elimination with a 3rd/4th Playoff. The scoring for Doubles is a 6-game set with add.

ENTRY FOR DOUBLES
Entries for singles and doubles takes place on this site and entries will close online on January 19th. Please enter online with your partner's USTA number if at all possible! For those players who are entered without a partner, you have until Friday, January 26th at midnight to email your partner's name to justynschelver@hotmail.com. If you do not have a partner and would like to be matched with another player without a partner this request must be emailed to justynschelver@hotmail.com by Friday, January 26th at midnight.

This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. citizens, Permanent Resident Aliens, Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA regulation III.A.2a.

JUNIOR MEDICAL RELEASE FORM

WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawal Prior to Entry Deadline: Go to the Tournament website and click "EDIT REGISTRATION" on the right side of your screen then "Withdraw". From there you can withdraw. If you do not know your Confirmation #, then click "Locate Confirmation" just below "Withdraw." We cannot withdraw you, you must do this yourself. You will lose the processing fee if you do not withdraw online before registration closes. Withdrawal After Entry Deadline: Immediately contact the tournament to withdraw from the tournament. You must fax or email your withdrawal. DO NOT call to withdraw. The email is justynschelver@hotmail.com and the fax is (601) 605-8754. If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament. There are No refunds after 1/27/20. Refunds will only be given with proper documentation and valid excuse and may take 4 weeks to process. See procedures below for receiving a refund. Defaulting during the tournament: You must see the trainer and get approval from the Head Referee at the Ridgeland Tennis Center. Do not tell just anyone at the desk and think you have properly defaulted. Unless you speak to the Head Referee in person, it will count as a "No Show." WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY WITHDRAWALS OVER THE PHONE! If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall provide written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament OR a visit with the onsite trainer will suffice.

RULES FOR ENTERING TWO DIVISIONS
Players are allowed to enter 2 divisions in Southern Level 1A tournaments with the following guidelines. (This is for selection only you cannot play 2 divisions at one tournament) 1. Players selected to both age divisions they apply will automatically be selected in the older division. They will be removed from the other (younger) age division. 2. Players not selected to either division would remain on the Alternates list for both divisions but would be obligated to the division they first get in from the Alternates list. They would then be removed from the Alternates list in the other age division. 3. Players selected to one age division would be removed from the Alternates list of the division they were not selected. 4. Once a player is selected for any one division, no changes can be made. There will be not exceptions to these guidelines. The selection process is very fast and the guidelines will be followed precisely. If you feel you have made an incorrect decision during the entry process, you can edit your registration until the closing date.

USTA SOUTHERN SEEDING CRITERIA
The latest Southern Standings list will be used to determine seeding.

DOUBLES SEEDING CRITERIA
• Teams shall be seeded in the order of their combined standings (e.g., Player A holds the #1 standing and Player B holds the #10 standing. The Team of A & B would have combined standing of 11.) Teams that have the same combined standing shall be seeded in the order of the total number of Ranking points held by each team • Players with current top 50 USTA National standing, top 100 ITF ranking, top 1000 ATP or WTA rankings may be considered for seeding

STRINGER
There will be experienced stringers at Ridgeland Tennis Center and Parham Bridges during the tournament.

TRAINER
A trainer will be on site at Ridgeland Tennis Center during matches. By law, trainers are not allowed to distribute any medicine. Please bring your own Tylenol, Advil, Sinus Medicine, Epi Pens, etc. If you have an injury or illness, we strongly suggest you see the trainer. If you need to withdraw due to injury or illness, the process will be much smoother if we have confirmation from the trainer. Without confirmation, or a written doctors excuse by the end of the tournament, you may incur suspension points for leaving. Remember if you withdraw during the tournament, you must see the Head Referee in person or it will count as a "No Show."

Dunlop tennis balls will be used for all divisions.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
