ENTRY AND SELECTION PROCESS FOR NATIONAL L3 TOURNAMENTS
Players may choose ONE of the following options, but NOT both:
· OPTION 1: ENTER any ONE (1) division of TWO (2) concurrent USTA National Level 3 Tournaments (this may be a different division in each tournament); OR
· OPTION 2: ENTER TWO (2) divisions of ONE (1) USTA National Level 3 tournament
Players may PLAY in only ONE division of ONE tournament. Players who register for three (3) or more events will be given 5 suspension points and will only be selected into a maximum of two events.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PLAYERS WHO ARE ACCEPTED INTO ONE EVENT AT THE TIME OF SELECTION ARE INELIGIBLE FOR THE ALTERNATE LIST OF ANOTHER EVENT. WE URGE PLAYERS TO ONLY SIGN UP FOR EVENTS THEY WOULD PLAY IF ACCEPTED.

ORMAT and SCORING
64 draw with feed-in through Quarters. That format is first two rounds that lose feed into each other and the rd of 16 and quarters feed into each other. Main Draw will be best two out of three tiebreak sets
Practice courts will be available at $30.00 per hour per court. These courts MUST be booked in advance by calling 859-523-7474 pls ask for Jon. Please specify that you are with the tournament.
During tournament play, Top Seed Tennis Club will be open at 6:00am each day of the tournament. We will have 10 courts reserved for tournament warmup and practice starting at 6:30am. We will have times available from 6:30-7:00, 7:00-7:30am, and 7:30-8:00am. Due to the limited practice courts, the warm ups will be 4 players per court for $5.00 each. You must reserve your spots and PAY IN ADVANCE for the morning warmup times. We will only allow coaches and/or parents to take a spot on the court if space allows.
Other clubs may have court time available during the tournament for booking. Please call them directly. Rates and hours of operation vary by club. We do not reserve or negotiate other club rates.

This is a USTA NATIONAL Level 3 Tournament. Selections are based on current USTA standings. Draws are limited to the top 64 applicants. USTA will provide the tournament director with a Selection List for the tournament. These are the results from the most recent publicized USTA Standing Lists in order in which the player appears on the list. Tennis Director’s will receive selection list on Tuesday after Sunday deadline by 5:00 pm. Selection is done right off the list.
Seeds are done straight off the Selection List provided by USTA.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, February 27, 2020 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
