Notes
UPDATE: The draws are done and times are posted. For B14s,
your 1st match time is listed in Round 5, then we will work from
rounds 1-4. 2nd and subsequent round times are blank as we want to
have players progress when they are ready to go back on the court,
hence, maybe shorter rest times. Please read the notes for the
format as it relates to the number of players in the
draw.
The on-site contact for tomorrow is Stephen Moyer
814-566-0224.

Round Robin draw will complete in one day.

SIGNING UP FOR TWO EVENTS/MIDWEST SUSPENSION POINT
SYSTEM:
The USTA/Midwest Section Suspension Point System is in effect. You
are expected to play the entire event as scheduled. All players
will be given FIVE (5) suspension points for entering two or more
tournaments that take place at the same time, in whole or in part,
unless each Tournament Director involved agrees with the multiple
entries in writing via email. This applies to all players who
signed up for the tournament including alternates.
USTA CONTACT INFORMATION:
Procedure for tournament registration: because of Privacy Laws,
your contact info from your USTA membership does not automatically
show up for the tournament director's software anymore. Only
information that you provide when you register will show up. We
have no way of contacting you if you leave fields blank. This
means, for example, if your opponent withdraws at the last minute
due to an injury you might make a trip for a match that is canceled
that we couldn't inform you about until you've arrived in person.
You must indicate all phone numbers (cell a MUST), email addresses
and more for each and every tournament registration....even if you
have played a tournament with us before.
