Notes
New for 2019
All players must be accompanied by a chaperone and are responsible
for the cost of all travel, accommodations, and meals associated
with their participation in the event.
There will be no travel stipends issued, but all players are
welcome to apply for a USTA PNW scholarship. Copy and paste the

USTA Pacific Northwest will be sending teams to various locations
for the National Team Championships. Only players registering
ONLINE will be considered for selection and players that meet all
the elegibility criteria listed in the 2019 USTA PNW Junior

Application Process
1. Apply online through TennisLink
2. If you are applying for more than one event fill out the form on
the USTA PNW National Team website to indicate your event
preference. (Must be received by May 15, 2019, by midnight Pacific
Standard Time) Copy and paste the following link to fill out the

3. On the Tennislink online application, you will be asked to
select your sizes for your team uniform. Copy and paste the

4. Complete the "2019 USTA PNW National Team Release Forms" by May
15, 2019. Copy and paste the following link.

5. The application deadline is Wednesday, May 15, 2019, by midnight
Pacific Standard Time. You must have applied online through
TennisLink and sent in all your signed forms by this date to be
considered. No exceptions will be made.
6. On May 13, 2019, the Pacific Northwest Ranking list will be
published and the endorsement list will be published on May 14,
2019. You have until 10 am on May 16, 2019, to ask about any issues
with the rankings. After 10 am (Pacific Standard Time) on May 16,
2019, that list will be used for endorsement. No exceptions will be
made.
7. In the afternoon of May 17, 2019 selections will be made final
and payment will be charged to each selected participant. No
refunds will be given after 3 pm (Pacific Standard Time) May 16,
2019, when selections are made. All selections will be final.
8. Once selections have been made you will be introduced to your
team coaches by the week of May 24, 2019. Each team will have a
coach.

and alternates by events on the PNW Website. See the USTA PNW

Event Information
The USTA PNW will be sending one team to each location. Each team
will be made up of 4 boys and 4 girls.
Locations
Boys and Girls 14U:
-Auburn Parks and Recreation, Auburn Alabama
-4 boys and 4 girls will be selected
Boys and Girls 16U:
-Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club, Shreveport Louisiana
-4 boys and 4 girls will be selected
Boys and Girls 14s
Juniors representing the Pacific Northwest as a member
of a Intersectional Team (B/G 14) must be accompanied by a
chaperone and are responsible for the cost of all travel,
accommodations, and meals associated with their participation in
the event. The entry fee paid by the participant in all these
teams covers the tournament entry fee and the participants' team
uniform. Please note that in order to arrive by 3:00pm on July 5th,
players must arrive on July 4th because we are traveling from the
west coast. Therefore the 2019 Intersectional Team participants
will need to arrive into their perspective sites of competition on
July 4th and will depart from the event on July 11th.
Boys and Girls 16s
Juniors representing the Pacific Northwest as a member of a
Intersectional Team (B/G 16,) must be accompanied by a chaperone
and are responsible for the cost of all travel, accommodations, and
meals associated with their participation in the event. The
entry fee paid by the participant in all these teams covers the
tournament entry, and participants' team uniform. Please note that
in order to arrive by 3:00pm on July 6th, players must arrive on
July 5th because we are traveling from the west coast. Therefore
the 2019 Intersectional Team participants will need to arrive into
their perspective sites of competition on July 5th and will depart
from the event on July 11, 2019 at 5 pm.

Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, May 15, 2019 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
