Men's Futures Wildcard Event
The Men's Open event is limited to American players only as the wildcard has been given to the tournament by USTA Player Development. The winner of the men's open singles will receive a qualifying wild card into the qualifying singles draw of the USTA/Ursula Beck Men's Pro Tennis Classic. The finalist will receive $100. This Men's $25,000 USTA Pro Circuit Futures Event runs July 29-August 4, 2019 with qualifying beginning July 29th, 2019.

Potential Prize Money For Men's Doubles
We will offer $200 to the winning player/team and $100 to the finalist player/team in Men's Open Doubles if we have 8 entries or more. This is in addition to the $100 awarded to the Men's Singles Finalist.

Men's Events
In addition to the wildcard tournament we will also be hosting: Men's Open Doubles, Men's 3.0 Doubles, Men's 3.5 Singles, Men's 4.0 Singles and Men's 4.0 Doubles.

Draw Size Limit of 32 Players
The draw sizes will be limited to 32 singles players in the men's open singles and 16 in doubles. If the number of entries exceeds 32, UTR ratings will be used to determine the cut off.

Play Begins 8 AM Saturday Morning
Matches will begin as early as 8 am Saturday morning.

Fairview Tennis Complex
The 98th Central Illinois Adult Open will be held at the Fairview Tennis Complex located in beautiful Fairview Park. The tennis center was named a 2008 USTA National Outstanding Tennis Facility and has nine tournament quality courts. It has been home to the US Open National Playoffs as well as the USTA Men's Pro Circuit.

Scoring
Men's Open matches are two sets regular scoring with a match tie breaker in lieu of third set through semifinals. 2 out of 3 sets for the finals of main draw. First Match Losers Consolation for men's open singles which will play two sets, no-ad scoring with match tie-breaker in lieu of third set throughout. All other singles events will play two sets regular scoring with a match tie-breaker for third set. First Match Loser Consolation for all other events will play two sets, no-ad scoring with match tie-breaker in lieu of third set throughout. All Doubles will be two sets no-ad scoring with a match tie-breaker for the third set for main draw and consolation.

Registration
Tennis Link preferred. Only one singles and one doubles event per person. Some doubles events may be combined.

Doubles Deadline
Doubles players may sign up until 12 noon on Saturday, June 1st. Doubles play will not begin before 2 pm Saturday.

on a first-come, first serve basis. All rooms are released two weeks
prior to the tournament. If the hotel has rooms available for last minute
inquires, they will honor the rate.

Seeding
The Universal Tennis Rating will be used for seeding in the Men's Open division. All other events will use the most current USTA/Midwest Rankings 12-month rolling standings list.

Refunds
NO REFUNDS ONCE THE DRAW IS MADE

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, May 29, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
