Final Round Scheduling - Complete! (?)
All remaining matches have been scheduled now. But please, please, please be aware that this schedule is tentative and is the best we can do with the knowledge we have right now. There are many people playing multiple events, people who have some time conflicts Sunday, and it is too difficult to know how everything will shake out right now. We may have to make some small adjustments on the times once we have a better idea of the players involved. We ask that you give us a little bit of flexibility in Sunday scheduling as we get closer to the weekend.
Most importantly though, the tournament will be complete by Sunday 5pm. There are no matches Monday! Enjoy your labor day!
Also, once the players involved in a match scheduled for Sunday is determined, at the agreement of both players involved we are flexible and the match can be moved to be played Saturday afternoon/evening instead. We have a few open courts during this time. We didn't schedule matches at this time because it's possible the players involved "could" be playing doubles. It might turn out both players are NOT playing doubles in which case you may both prefer to play your next round while you are already in the area. Just let us know!
Facility opens 30 minutes before first scheduled match each day
If you get to the facility for one of the early matches on a day (5pm on Wednesday/Thursday, 4pm on Friday, or 8am on Saturday) and the facility isn't open, please don't worry. A facility staff member will not arrive until 30 minutes before the first scheduled match. Sometimes they run a bit late too.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, August 24, 2019 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
