MAS L4+ and L3 DOUBLES ONLY REGISTRATION
Players Must Enter With Partner: Both players comprising a doubles team must enter, select their partner during the registration process, and pay their respective entry fees prior to the entry deadline. You will know this has been done properly when both players appear on the Applicants List with their partner showing in parentheses after the division entered in the Events column. Failure to follow these instructions will result in an incomplete entry and may prevent the team from being selected.

MAS L4, L4+, & L3 EVENT REFUNDS Once player selections have been made and the payment has been processed, there will be no refunds if a player is unable to compete for any reason. Member organizations are not required to refund players for tournaments affected by inclement weather. Per MAS regulations, in the event of inclement weather a tournament may utilize a shortened format in order to play the tournament to completion. If the tournament cannot be played, it is the MAS recommendation that players be offered a credit to a future tournament hosted by the same organization, however, this is only a recommendation and not a policy. Each member organization shall post their refund policy on the tournament homepage.

DOUBLES ONLY SELECTION & SEEDING When more than 16 teams apply: Selection for Doubles Only is based on a combined ranking on the current MAS Individual Doubles Standing List. Priority is given to the team on which both players have a ranking on the Individual Doubles Standing List. Both players must register.
If two teams have an identical combined ranking, the team with the highest ranked player will be given priority.
If one member of the team is not registered that team will be placed at the bottom of the selection list and will only be added to the tournament if all alternates have been exhausted and they would not disrupt the seeding. If they would be a seeded team they may be selected if a like-seed withdraws.
Seeding is based on a team's combined ranking on the current MAS Individual Doubles Standing List.
