We hold several events and tournaments throughout the year. For
more information on our tournaments and other events, please
REGISTRATION AND GENERAL INFORMATION
This tournament is Boys and Girls 12-16U Singles and Doubles.
You can send an email to the director for doubles partner if you
did not select one after doubles registration.
When registering for this tournament, please be sure to provide
current contact information. We do not have access to your contact
information unless you enter it in during the time of
SCHEDULE (Subject to change with notification)
Matches will begin at 8 A.M.
Finals for all divisions will be played on Sunday late noon.
Always check the "Important Info" and "Draws" Sections ONLINE, the
night before your match and 2 hours BEFORE leaving for your

Please park on high school or on the streets of the neighborhood,
there is no parking space along the court side.
TOURNAMENT PLAYER SELECTION
Players selected manually by tournament director after the close of
All players must check in 15 minutes before the scheduled start of
their match by themselves. If you are late you will be penalized in
accordance with the current USTA tournament rules.
Please keep the tournament desk area clear. Parents, please allow
your child to check in themselves so that the desk isn't crowded
during busy times. Once checking in, please clear the desk and wait
to be called.
All players must also check in at the end of their match to report
scores. From there you will be given information on what to do
next. Please do not leave the tournament site without checking with
the tournament desk.
All match related questions should be directed to the onsite
referee. The tournament desk has schedule information only. DO NOT
ASK THE DESK PEOPLE TO RESOLVE ENFORCE MATCH RULES OR REGULATIONS
The referee will be available for that.
Best out of 3 sets regular scoring with a 10 point tie break in liu
of a 3rd set.

Draws will be posted online by Wednesday before the start of the

There will be a certified official on site all times during the
tournament. All questions relating to your matches must be directed
to him. If you are having an issue on court, please call for the
official. Only players can request for an official during their
match. There will be court monitors on site as well. If you need a
court monitor, please speak to the tournament desk or the official
and/or to request a line judge.
Penn Championship Extra Duty
PARENTS, COACHES AND SPECTATORS
Please respect the players and stay in the bleachers section to
observe matches. If you decide to watch from the court fence, we
encourage to stay 3 feet away.
Please do not engage with players while matches are in play. If you
need to speak with a player who is currently on court, please come
to the tournament desk.
NO COACHING IS ALLOWED DURING MATCH PLAY.
DO NOT DISTRACT THE PLAYERS WHILE MATCH IS IN SESSION.
WARM UP COURTS
There might be open courts for warm up before the first match of
the day, please contact the tournament desk. All players need to be
off court by 7:45am for tournament check in.
ENTRY FEE REFUND:
• Player is Not Accepted Into Tournament: If a player has
previously paid an entry fee and is not accepted into the
tournament, the player is entitled to a refund. Generally, in USTA
National Junior Tournaments, no player is charged an entry fee
until tournament selection is done and the acceptance list is
published to the tournament website. The TennisLink processing fee
paid in addition to the entry fee is not refundable.
• Previously Authorized Entries into Concurrent Tournaments: If a
player has previously received written authority to enter
concurrent tournaments from each Tournament Committee, the player
is entitled to a refund from the tournament(s) that will not be
played. The TennisLink processing fee paid, in addition to the
entry fee, is not refundable.
• Other Withdrawals after the Entry Deadline: Players who withdraw
after the entry deadline for any reason other than a previously
authorized entry into concurrent tournaments are not entitled to a
LATENESS AND REFUND POLICY
We follow the USTA and Friend of the Court Lateness policy.
15 mins is a default.
No call no show will follow the same policy.
Refunds will be offered at the latest on the final Monday morning
the week of the tournament at 10am. This is our deadline and no
exceptions will be offered.
If you have a conflict, you must with draw BEFORE this date.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, December 30, 2018 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
