The draws and match times are posted. Please check the match times on the draw. All matches are at the Charleston Tennis Center. Courts are drying now quickly so if you come early you can play earlier than 2. Thank you.

Saturday Update 12:00pm
The draws are down while I reenter match times for today. They will be up as soon as possible or by 1:00pm at latest. Please look at your draw for your new match time. We will have to play short sets today because of the weather.

Saturday Update 11:00am
The courts are starting to dry but still too wet to lay at 12. We will update at 1:00pm for a start at 2:00pm. Thank you for your patience.

Saturday Update 8:15am
It has stopped raining but the courts are very wet. We will give another update by 11:00am for matches to start no earlier than 12. We will be possibly using additional courts close to Farmfield to catch up.

WE WILL BE ON A ONE HOUR DELAY FOR STARTING MATCHES ON SATURDAY MORNING. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO PLAY AT 9:00AM YOU ARE NOW SCHEDULED TO PLAY AT 10:00AM. I WILL HAVE ANOTHER UPDATE AT 8:30AM TOMORROW MORNING WHEN I SEE THE COURT CONDITIONS. THANK YOU.

SCHEDULE UPDATE: Wednesday 1:00pm
I am working on the schedule and keeping an eye on the weather forecast. As of now, if you are in the Girls 14s, 16s, or Boys 16s be prepared to play singles on Friday after 5:00pm if the weather forecast improves between now and Thursday at 12:00pm. If they are still calling for rain all day on Friday when we check tomorrow morning, we will plan on starting the tournament Saturday morning at 9am. I will publish all draws Thursday at 12:00pm. You must sign up online for doubles with your partners USTA number. Match Format
All main draw matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets with a match tie break in lieu of a 3rd set. All consolation matches will be best 2 out of 3 sets with a match tie break in lieu of a 3rd set. Consolation is a First Match Losers Consolation. The Referee reserves the right to change the scoring in the Main Draw, if we have inclement weather. Doubles will use an 6-game pro set.

Playoff for 3/4:
We will have a playoff for 3/4 in all age groups.

Awards
Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place in all singles and doubles events.

10 & Under Youth Progression Eligibility Please be aware this tournament has two 10 & Under Youth Progression divisions. ORANGE BALL DIVISION AND GREEN BALL DIVISION. This means that in order to play in a 10 & Under division, you must be eligible for that corresponding level. Tournament/Match Check In BRING YOUR MEDICAL FORM TO CHECK-IN Please check-in for the tournament 30 min. early. Tournament check-in will be available beginning Friday at 3:30 p.m. Please check into your site of play. If you are not scheduled to play Friday, the check-in is not mandatory, only check in at least 30 min. prior to your first match.

Seeding Criteria The most current USTA Southern Standing List will be used for seeding purposes.

Boys and Girls 10's Orange Ball Divsions Boy's and Girl's ORANGE BALL divisions will be played on a 60' court using a low compression orange ball. Racquet size is limited to 25" or smaller. Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using NO AD scoring, first to 4 games (win by 1). If players split sets then a 7 point tiebreak is played for the 3rd set (win by 2). THERE IS NO COACHING BETWEEN THE 2nd AND 3rd SET BREAK IN THE 10 & UNDER DIVISIONS. Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using NO AD scoring, first to 4 games (win by 2). A 7 point tiebreak is played if players reach 4 all. If players split sets then a 7 point tiebreak is played for the 3rd set (win by 2). No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
