FRIDAY NIGHT PLAYER KICK-OFF & SPONSOR APPRECIATION PARTY
Join us Friday night, May 17 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for our Player Kick-off and Sponsor Appreciation Party featuring entertainment by the Exit 505 Band, Silent Auction, Hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. Due to the construction at the HEB Tennis Center, the player party will be at the Dietert Center, 451 Guadalupe Street, Kerrville. The Silent Auction will continue throughout the weekend at the Schreiner University and closing at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday. Winners will be called and pick-up will be that afternoon from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Schreiner University. Any items not picked up can be picked-up at the Dietert Center.

4:30 Update:
Ingram site will be ready in about 45 min. Current matches please check back in at 5:05. All other sites are currently having rain. We are on an additional 1 hour delay. Anyone wishing to withdraw, please text name, division to 210-999-0692 or advise your site director.

12:00 Noon Update:
Ingram Ingram site is about ready to resume play. Please plan to check-in there according to the last communication. (Current matches @ 12:15, etc) All other sites, (HEB, Tivy, Schreiner) - we are still getting small showers that keep us from making any progress. Please add one hour to my last post. (current matches now @ 1:15, etc.)

11:00 a.m. Weather Update:
All matches that were on court AND those matches that had checked in before the delay, check back in your site @ 12:15. Other matches scheduled prior to 11:30 check check in 3 hours after your scheduled time. Matches scheduled from 11:45 to 12:30 check in 2.5 hours from scheduled time. Doubles will follow. We are making some format changes to help catch up some.

All sites are under a rain delay, heavy mist/sprinkling, but we expect all sites to be back up in one hour min. Matches scheduled 11:30 and earlier, please check in 1 hour after your scheduled time (unless your site director has instructed you sooner). 11:45 - 12:30 check-in 30 min after your scheduled times. TOURNAMENT SITES:
Due to the construction and improvements underway at the HEB Tennis Center, the tournament "main" site will be Schreiner University. Once draws are posted on Tuesday, please carefully check each draw for your site location. We will be using Schreiner University, Tivy High School, HEB Tennis Center and Ingram High School. Additional site information and addresses for each site are below.

Excessive Overrule Guideline: The USTA Texas Officials Committee along with the Competitive Department has established a guideline in reference to excessive overrules as clarified in the Friend at Court. This guideline states "Once a player has been overruled for a second time in a match, they will be cautioned that after another overrule, they will be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct under the point penalty system."

Inappropriate umpire/spectator communication, whether it be about a ruling or any other facet of a tennis event is prohibited while a match is in progress. Being a parent, coach, etc. does not endow special privileges. With the only exception of the right to remove their own child from competition at any time, a parent or coach is merely a spectator.

Registration Confirmation: As a parent or player it is your responsibility to assure registration in the event. Regardless if you register on the website or mobile app after completing the registration you should visit the USTA web driven site and confirm your registration by finding the player in the applicants list. If you select to skip this process please be aware that should any malfunctions of the system occur, players will not be granted late entrance in the event due to a system error.
