FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

If you missed the registration deadline and you are interested in playing, please call Laurel Park Tennis Center 770 919-8602 to register. Late registration closes at noon on Wednesday.

Safety Procedures
* Tournament desk will be outside
*Social distancing (6ft) is required
at all times
*The tennis center building will
remain locked but bathrooms will be open
*In the event of hard rain and
official stops play, take balls and go to your cars
and wait for announcement on tournament homepage. Remember it is summer and
courts dry quick!
* We will have ice-please use disposable
plastic glove-box will be on top of cooler; water available-Clorox wipe after
use
* Bring your own hand sanitizer
Safe Play
*Do NOT play if you have any symptoms
of the Covid-19 (see CDC Guidelines) or are not feeling well in general. If you have been tested but do not have results back we recommend not playing.
*Wash your hands before playing
*Bring your own equipment *Do not arrive extra early
* After the match do not shake
hands-racquet touch, leave court and report score
*Pick up your balls on court after
match and return to Ball Drop Bin outside
*Avoid touching net, fences and gates
as much as possible
*Use the same bench all match *Courts will be sanitized after each match
*If a ball comes on your court, use
your racquet to send the ball back

Welcome to Tennis Dynamics and Laurel Park and our USTA series
of sanctioned tournaments. Entry into these tournaments is open and
registering for these tournaments can be done online.
We utilize the following courts when needed for our events: Laurel
Park (13) Marietta High School (10) 500 yards away, Elizabeth
Porter Recreation Center (2-78', 2-60', 4-36') less than 3 miles
away, and Lewis Park (4) less than 3 miles away.
Regular Scoring Formats and ALL matches will be the best of three
sets!
Main Draw: The 12-point tiebreaker will be used in all three sets
at 6 games all.
Consolation: There will be consolation matches in all events.
Consolation is for first match losers only. If you have a bye and
lose your first round, you can play consolation. If you win your
first round and lose your second round, you can't play
consolation.
Play of Friday will begin no earlier than 5:00 p.m.
Events: Players may enter a maximum of three events but no two of
the same --- one men's/women's singles, one men's/women's doubles,
one mixed.
Guaranteed two matches in each event.
Refund/Withdrawal Policy
REFUNDS:
There are absolutely no refunds after the entry deadline. If there
are weather issues and no matches are played, then your 75% of your
entry fee will be refunded in the form of a credit to another
Tennis Dynamics tournament: (Note: $3.50 The USTA Tennislink
service fee will not be refunded) If there are weather issues and
you begin play for a match, we will do our very best to get you
back on court.
WITHDRAWALS:
Before the entry deadline, withdraw on-line thru TennisLink.
After the deadline, withdraw via e-mail.
This NTRP/Open tournament allows you to accrue Georgia ranking/standing points that maximize your opportunity to play in the Georgia State NTRP Championships. All eligible Georgia players are encouraged to register for these tournaments. Sanctioned
NTRP tournaments will now count toward s player’s “computer” rating at year-end
(used for league play) and NTRP tournament-only players will generate a
tournament exclusive (‘T’) rating after playing 3 or more tournament matches.

LATE ENTRANTS - USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA GA tournaments, Levels 1-5, in the event that the draw is not full, provided that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late entries.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, July 20, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
