8:30 Weather Update
Grande Dunes Tennis Club 8:30 matches will be at 9:30. All 9:00 and 10:15 matches are on an hour and half delay. Please arrive 30 mins before match time, in case courts are ready sooner, we will start putting matches on. All other matches will have an update by 10:00. We hope to get back on schedule as soon as possible. Dunes Golf and Beach Club All matches on original one hour delay. So 9:00 matches will be at 10:00 and 10:15 will be at 11:15 and so on.

Important Tournament Information
We are super excited to see everyone this weekend for the Grande Dunes Field Insurance Fall Junior Open. We are praying that the weather stays good and we have a great weekend of tennis. Please read the email below for important information and remember to always check the tournament website for any updates concerning weather. Check-In:
Check in will be Friday afternoon from 4-6 at the Grande Dunes Tennis Club.
If you can-not check in Friday, please arrive an hour early for your first match at the Grande Dunes Tennis Club, regardless of where your match is.
If you owe an entry fee for over the phone registration or for an added event, please bring either cash or check to pay entry fee at check-in.

Practice Courts:
Friday - all courts will be open for practice from 3:00-6:00pm at no charge for participants at the Grande Dunes Tennis Club - First come/First Serve, No reservations. However, please be courteous and share a court during peak times. Also, ask someone to join you for practice if you see they do not have a practice partner.
Saturday and Sunday -
There will be no warm up courts at any of the sites. However, the Myrtle Beach Tennis Center has graciously offered complimentary warm up courts on Saturday. They have 4 courts available to use. These courts are first come, first serve. Again, please be courteous and share a court during peak times. Also, ask someone to join you for practice if you see they do not have a practice partner.

Please make sure to check the tournament website every evening before the next day’s matches to confirm match time and/or location, as the times may be adjusted due to weather or other factors.
For matches that do not have a match time listed, that match will be played on Sunday however there are a few draws where depending on the outcome of the previous match, the next match may be played later on Saturday. When you report your score, you will be informed on when you play next.
Hospitality:
A light continental breakfast will be offered at the Grande Dunes Tennis Club Saturday and Sunday morning.
Lunch will be provided for players at the Grande Dunes Tennis Club on Saturday from 11:30-1:30.
Code of Conduct:
Players participating in tournaments at the facilities identified are required to abide by these facility rules of behavior on and off of the court. These rules also apply to parents, coaches, siblings, and other guests of the players.
The list below indicates the Facility Behavior Rules:
* No use of the word "suck" or any form of the word spoken or spelled.
* No use of expressions of frustrations with references to deities (i.e. "Oh My God", "Jesus", "Jesus Christ", "Christ", "God") either spoken or spelled
* No use of "freaking", "frigging", or "fricking" or variations of such words either spoken or spelled
* No use of profanity or swearing.
* No Smoking anywhere on the premises. Premises includes parking lots, bathrooms, and anywhere within 30 feet of a tennis court.
Anyone found in violation of these rules may be subject to a Code Violation and receive suspension points

10 & Under Youth Progression Eligibility Please be aware this tournament has two 10 & Under Youth Progression divisions. ORANGE BALL DIVISION AND GREEN BALL DIVISION. This means that in order to play in a 10 & Under division, you must be eligible for that corresponding level. Tournament/Match Check In BRING YOUR MEDICAL FORM TO CHECK-IN Please check-in for the tournament 30 min. early. Tournament check-in will be available beginning Friday at 3:30 p.m. Please check into your site of play. If you are not scheduled to play Friday, the check-in is not mandatory, only check in at least 30 min. prior to your first match.

Seeding Criteria The most current USTA Southern Standing List will be used for seeding purposes.

Boys and Girls 10's Orange Ball Divsions Boy's and Girl's ORANGE BALL divisions will be played on a 60' court using a low compression orange ball. Racquet size is limited to 25" or smaller. Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using NO AD scoring, first to 4 games (win by 1). If players split sets then a 7 point tiebreak is played for the 3rd set (win by 2). THERE IS NO COACHING BETWEEN THE 2nd AND 3rd SET BREAK IN THE 10 & UNDER DIVISIONS. Doubles will be a 6 game pro set Using NO AD scoring

Draw format will be determined by the number of participants. Scoring format as follows: 2 out of 3 short sets using NO AD scoring, first to 4 games (win by 2). A 7 point tiebreak is played if players reach 4 all. If players split sets then a 7 point tiebreak is played for the 3rd set (win by 2).
