ASM Tournament, Sunday, March 20th.
Please check-in 15 min before your match.
Parking is provided in the parking lot to right past
the security gate. No parking allowed on the gravel along the road.
No Dogs on school grounds. Portable chairs must be placed on
concrete not on the grass or on the turf field. Cannot access the
turf field only access to tennis court facility and Hurd Athletic
Center for bathroom use. All other campus facilities are off
Match Format due to inclement weather:
12-, 14-, 16-, 18&U - best two out of three 4-game sets.
7-point tie-breaker at 4-4. 10-point tie-breaker win by 2 in lieu
of the third set.
Orange Ball - 30 min timed matches.
Consolation format: 6-game pro-set. 7-point tie-breaker at

tournament will be posted by Friday, May 18 (12pm) noon.
Please be sure that players are available BOTH days. Credits will
not be issued if play cannot occur on the first day and player is
not available on the second day. If the tournament cannot be
completed in both days, players will be issued a credit for a
future outdoor ASM tournaments.
Player Selection Type
**MAS ELT Level 7 Tournament Qualities**
Recommended for entry level players with some competition experience.
**Individual divisions are played to completion in 1-Day. If a tournament includes Singles & Doubles, the Doubles may be played on a 2nd day.) MATCH FORMATS: Up to 3 Matches Per Day:Best 2 of 3 Sets, Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd Set. 8 game pro-sets, Super set matches to 6, tiebreak at 6-6, Fast4| Up to 4 Matches Per Day:Best 2 of 3 Short Sets, Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd Set. 8 game pro-sets, Super set matches to 6, Fast4 or Timed Matches | Up to 5 Matches Per Day:SuperSet Matches to 6, Fast4, or Timed Matches. DRAW FORMATS: Outdoor Season (mid-March thru October): Non-Elimination / 3-Match Guarantee Recommended. 2-Match Guarantee Required.Indoor Season (November thru mid-March): 2-Match Guarantee Recommended. Draws may be split into 2 draws.
Green Ball BG12
BG12 Divisions in all MAS L7 & L8 tournaments shall use Green Dot tennis balls. 10U Green level 1 players are eligible to play 12U MAS L7 & L8 tournaments and also earn stars/trophies toward clearing the youth progression.
MAS Regulations and Ranking Points
This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations and USTA Friend at Court. Players are eligible to earn ranking points from this event based on the point tables found in the USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations. Points are awarded based on the level of the tournament and the draw format. Main draw and consolation points may vary based on the draw format used.
