Tournament Completed; All Results Published
Thanks to all for their cooperation and flexibility in adjusting to daily schedule changes necessitated by the substantial rainstorms we experienced and (thankfully!) were able to overcome by using Aspen Hill Club's indoor hard courts!
Sunday Schedules Now Complete (9:05PM)
Revised schedules for all matches are now published and final, as of 9:05PM Saturday. All main draw matches will continue to play 2 sets, No-ad scoring, plus a 10-pt Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set. All consolation matches will play 8-game pro sets, No-Ad scoring, which will allow us to complete all consolation matches on Sunday through the semi-finals (the normal stopping point).
Saturday Results Recorded; return Later Tonight for Sunday Revised Schedules
All main draw singles matches scheduled for Saturday under the Rain Plan have finished, except for one G16s semi-final, which was suspended early in the second set and must finish on Sunday before Championship match-ups are known.
Regarding Sunday, the weather forecast remains bleak. As a consequence, we are planning all main draw matches, both singles and doubles, to play (and finish) on indoor courts. We have 3 indoor courts starting at 9:00AM, so some main draw matches will start at that time, with others to follow. Once we have those scheduled, we will assign any remaining timeslots to consolation matches. It is likely that consolation match play may spill over to Monday or later.
Check back on the tournament page later tonight for match start times for Sunday.

Friday Results Posted; Saturday Schedule Announcement to be Made Saturday Morning
All scheduled Friday matches have been completed and results posted.
Many have asked about Saturday's schedule in light of the weather forecast. Players should plan for the schedule to play as announced until informed otherwise. If in the morning it is certain we cannot play outdoors, then we will post schedule revisions here. If in the morning it is uncertain if/when it may rain, the announced schedule stands until we have more definitive information.
The Club has blocked off some indoor court time for Saturday -- but even if every court was available all day (which is NOT the case), we would not be able to play all scheduled tournament matches nor are we able to play many matches at their currently scheduled times. So as with any outdoor tournament, players/parents need to remain flexible as to their match times.
As soon as we know that schedule changes are necessary, we will post an announcement here.
