The draws are now posted. Please plan on arriving to the location your match is being played at 15 minutes before your match time. Under the USTA NorCal Rules, the lateness penalty starts at the scheduled match time regardless of court availability and will be enforced. Please make sure you allow enough time to find the site, for parking, and for check-in. All players must come to the tournament desk at the site their match is being played at to check in for their match.

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR NTRP AND OPEN DIVISIONS
For NTRP and Open divisions, to be eligible for the Grand Prix tournament, Players must be USTA NorCal residents.

Entry Limitations
Players are limited to entering in one singles, one gender doubles, and one mixed doubles event.

Draw Format and Match Format
The draw format will be Single Elimination with a 3/4 playoff. Any event with 3 players/teams may have a round robin draw. There will be a voluntary consolation for players that are in a draw of at least 6 who lose in the first round. PLAYERS THAT LOSE IN THE FIRST ROUND AND WISH TO PLAY IN THE CONSOLATION MUST COME BACK TO THE TOURNAMENT DESK IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THEIR FIRST MATCH TO SIGN UP. The match format for all main draw matches will be best of 2 out of 3 sets. The match format for all consolation matches will be best of 2 out of 3 sets with a match tie-break in lieu of the 3rd set.

Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last. Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission. If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the Grand Prix Points Race and the concurrent tournaments will not count toward the minimum tournament requirement to qualify for Grand Prix.

Seeding will be done in accordance with the USTA NorCal Adult Tournament Rules and the 2018 Friend at Court.

Don't Forget to Register for the Player of the Year Dinner on Saturday, October 13 at Blackhawk Country Club
We will have a free player dinner for all Grand Prix players and Players of the Year at Blackhawk Country Club on Saturday, October 13, 2018. We will present the Player of the Year awards and take a group picture of the POY recipients. Player of the Year winners should do their best to be present at this time even if they are not in the tournament. We will try to get a big photo of all recipients. PLAYERS MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND. PLAYERS MUST ABIDE BY THE CLUB DRESS CODE
Players must abide by the club dress code. Denim jeans, short-shorts, cutoffs, tank tops (men) are NOT allowed.
