CHARITY TOURNAMENT
Each year, ANTA designates a charity or cause to support and for the 2017 event, ANTA has chosen the Keith A. Collins, MD Memorial Scholarship Fund in honor of Dr. Keith Collins of Metairie, Louisiana. Dr. Collins founded Collins Pediatrics in 2005 with one doctor, one nurse, and one receptionist; this eventually grew to include not only a thriving practice in Old Metairie but also a second location in Lakeview. Dr. Collins was recognized as a New Orleans Magazine Top Doctor and voted by Nola Baby and Family readers as Best Pediatrician. Dr. Collins passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015, at the age of 45, after a 3 1/2 month battle with cancer.
