DRAWS AND FORMAT FOR TOURNEY
Draws will be posted by Wed morning. Please look at the competitor list and make sure you are in the correct event. Doubles will most likely start Saturday.. Some events may be combined = challenger/open or age groups may be combined. Open singles will be single elimination and 2 out of 3 sets w/ a match tie-break for the 3rd. There will be a 3rd/4th playoff in Open. Challenger singles divisions will be 2 out of 3 sets w/ a match tie break for the 3rd set with a first match losers consolation. All doubles events will be single elimination and will play 8 game prosets. Family will pley 2 out of 3 sets w/ a match tie-break for the 3rd set or an 8 game pro - set depending on number of entries. We are using wilson u.s. open balls.

DIRECTIONS TO PLAYING SITES AND PRACTICE SITES

(SEASC) SEASCAPE SPORTS CLUB:
1505 Seascape Blvd, Aptos, CA 95003
FROM THE NORTH take Hwy 1 South from Santa Cruz & exit at Larkin Valley Rd / San Andreas Blvd.
Bear right onto San Andreas. At the third street, turn
right onto Seascape Blvd. The club will be on the right after .7 miles.
FROM THE SOUTH take Hwy 1 North to Larkin Valley Rd. Turn right onto San Andreas.
From there, follow the above directions.

(AHS)APTOS HIGH SCHOOL:
7301 Freedom Blvd, Aptos, CA 95003
FROM THE NORTH take Highway 1 South. Exit at Freedom Blvd. Turn left onto Freedom.
Turn right at the second light into the HS. Drive up into the High School
and you can't miss the courts just past the main buildings.
FROM THE SOUTH take Highway 1 North. Exit at Freedom Blvd. Bear right onto Freedom
and follow the above directions.
PRACTICE SITES:

HARBOR HIGH SCHOOL:
300 La Fonda Ave Santa Cruz, CA 95062
FROM THE NORTH go South on Hwy 1. Take the Soquel Ave exit to the right. At the stoplight
on Soquel Ave. take a left and then take your second right at La Fonda. From there follow
the above directions.
FROM THE SOUTH go North on Hwy 1. Take the Soquel Ave exit. Go left over the freeway
through about 2 lights and make a right at La Fonda. Go up the hill to the school
and take the second entrance to the right. Go down the hill to the parking lot in
front of the school you won't see the courts. Stay to the left and take the narrow road
further down to another parking lot behind the school. Now you'll see the courts.

CABRILLO COLLEGE:
6500 Soquel Dr Aptos, CA 95003
FROM THE SOUTH take Highway 1 North. Exit at State Park Dr. Turn right onto Sate Park Dr.
After 100 yards turn left onto Soquel Drive for .9 mi look for the courts on the left
behind a very large parking lot.
FROM THE NORTH take Highway 1 South. Exit at State Park. Turn left onto State Park.
From there follow the above directions.

WITHDRAWALS - TOURNEY COMMUNICATION BEFORE/AFTER DRAWS ARE POSTED
Anyone withdrawing from the event before the deadline must do so online with their confirmation number to get their refund. After the deadline the request must be made by email, with the address and name of the person who should receive the refund check. The tennislink fees will not be refunded. When the withdawal is made less than 7 days prior to the event no refund will be given.
