INSTRUCTIONS FOR WITHDRAWALS
If you need to withdraw prior to the entry deadline, please do so by withdrawing online. On the tournament homepage, on the right side of the screen, under "Edit Registration", click on "Withdraw". Then fill out the information to withdraw. Credit cards will not be charged until after the entry deadline when entries are processed.
If you need to withdraw after the entry deadline, please e-mail the tournament director and referee (e-mail addresses listed above) and let us know that you are withdrawing from the tournament with the reason for your withdrawal.
If you need to withdraw the day before or the day of your match, please CALL the tournament director and inform her that you are withdrawing, then follow the phone call up with an e-mail to the TD and referee confirming your withdrawal.
Please note that per USTA NorCal Adult Tournament Rules and the USTA NorCal Point Penalty System, all withdrawals for injury/illness/personal circumstance after the draws are published will be assessed two (2) suspension points. This is to prevent excessive withdrawals by a player and do not affect you unless you have 10 suspension points in a one year period.
Concurrent Tournament Rule
A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation, concurs in writing, and each agrees to accommodate the player’s schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If entries for the overlapping tournaments close on different dates, approval must be received from all Tournament Committees no later than the entry closing date that occurs last. Players who enter a tournament and play it to completion, may then enter another tournament with overlapping dates without permission. If a player violates this concurrent tournament rule ranking points earned in any concurrent tournament played will not count toward ranking or the Grand Prix Points Race and the concurrent tournaments will not count toward the minimum tournament requirement to qualify for Grand Prix.
Please be sure to fill out the tournament evaluation so that we know what we are doing right and what we can improve on for next year. Your feedback is very important to us. Thank you for taking the time to fill this out.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, July 10, 2017 11:00:00 AM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
