Monday, October 10 Update***6:00pm
Unfortunately, we are forced to POSTPONE the tournament for the weekend of OCTOBER 28-30. Both Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island are without electricity and the amount of work getting our clay courts back to tournament standards by this Friday makes it impossible to guarantee that we can play this weekend. The new tournament website will be open tomorrow for registration and all information will be online then. You will receive an email that you weren't "selected" for this tournament because I am not processing any of your credit card information (NOT CHARGING) because we are POSTPONING this tournament. We hope that your schedules allow for you to come back to play and again we are sorry for any inconvenience this causes you. Thank you, Jonathan Barth

Sunday, October Update***6:45pm
We will be assessing the damage from the storm to the tennis clubs on Kiawah and the other facilities we are using for this event tomorrow. I will update the website by 5:00pm with the plans for the weekend. As of now, Kiawah Island and Seabrook are without power. They have not announced when power will be turned on so we are waiting for that announcement. Thank you for your patience.

Saturday, October 8th Update 5:30pm***
Thank you for the emails, text messages, and phone calls regarding the storm. We are still unable to return to Kiawah Island to assess the damage to the tennis facilities and resort at this time. We are hoping to return to the island Sunday or Monday morning to determine the damage and see what we will be able to do. I will update the website with any new information Sunday by 4:00pm.

Important Information***- 10/7/16 2:00pm
We have extended the deadline to enter singles until Sunday night. We will post the selections Monday by 1:30. With the uncertainty of the storm we wanted to make sure we are able to host the tournament next weekend before processing everyone's entry. We also extended the doubles registration until Monday night. We did this to allow players that get into singles to also register for doubles after selections are made. If you have questions and need an immediate reply please email me at barth_jonathan@yahoo.com as I am checking this email much more frequently than that on the tournament website. We hope to see everyone next weekend.
