SEEDING: USTA Texas recommends the "All Factors Method" of seeding for Ad/Sr/SS divisions and that Committees use the Texas 12 Month Rolling Standings List for initial considerations. If other information is to be considered (such as head-to-head wins), emails must be sent to the Tournament Director immediately after entry deadline.

TOURNAMENT HOTEL
Our Tournament Hotel is Hilton Garden Inn. They offer special rates and have great service to our participants.

Practice Courts
We will have practice courts available on Friday starting at 12:00. Please call our pro shop at 281-370-5801 and let us know you will be coming out to practice.

Tournament Ball
We are using Pro Penn Marathon Extra-Duty Felt ball for all matches.

On Site Stringing
We have a certified instructor on site, and can offer a quick turn around. We charge $14/labor for each racquet.

ON SITE FOOD
We have on site food with grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and different specials.

AREA RESTAURANTS
We have a great variety of restaurants around our club including Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mike's, Paul's Pizza, Chipotle, and many more. You can ask the front desk for a print out of our local restaurants and locations.

TOURNAMENT PARTY
We will host a tournament party on Saturday Afternoon with music. Each participant will receive two free drink ticket and will have wine and beer available.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, September 26, 2016 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
